Scientific thinking is one of the important contents of the core quality of physics.The cultivation of scientific thinking ability not only runs through students’ entire academic career,but also has an important impact on their future career development.Applying visual teaching tools and methods to physics teaching and cultivating students’ scientific thinking ability is an important means for information technology to promote the development of students’ core literacy in physics.This paper starts with the "teaching" of teachers,uses the methods and tools of visual teaching,and explores the new path of visual teaching based on the cultivation of students’ scientific thinking ability.The main contents are as follows:(1)By reading materials and literature,the paper combs out the relevant research progress of scientific thinking ability training and visual teaching at home and abroad,further defines "scientific thinking ability" and "physical visual teaching",and takes "scaffold teaching theory","modern educational technology theory","situational teaching theory" and "brain science theory" as the theoretical basis of this paper.It lays a theoretical foundation for the study of high school physics visualization teaching.(2)In order to understand the current situation of training scientific thinking ability of high school students in physics,five classes of an ordinary high school in Yao ’an County,Yunnan Province were taken as research samples to conduct a questionnaire survey to investigate students’ ability of "model construction","scientific reasoning","scientific demonstration" and "questioning and innovation";In addition,4 physics teachers of different grades in this school were selected for interview survey to investigate the situation of front-line teachers using visual teaching tools to assist physics teaching in class.According to the survey results,the cultivation of students’ scientific thinking ability is at a low level,and front-line teachers hold a positive attitude towards using visual teaching tools to assist physics classroom teaching.(3)Through the interaction principle,the principle of visualization,the principle of inspiration to determine the visual instructional design model of this paper.In order to make visual teaching more vivid and concrete,through the introduction of mind map,NB(No Book)physics experiment,Geo Gebra software and physics experiment micro-video,the function of the above software is used to carry out visual design and development of physical concepts,physical laws and solutions to physics exercises.(4)Combined with the design model of visual teaching,the three parts of "The force of magnetic field on moving charge","The motion of Charged particles in rectangular Magnetic Field" and "electric potential Distribution of electric charge" were selected for visual teaching design,and the implementation of visual teaching was carried out in the experimental class.Then,the class with similar results to the experimental class is selected as the control class,and the regular teaching practice is implemented in the control class.Finally,through the teaching practice,the quasi-experimental research method is used to carry out a special test on the experimental class and the control class.Through the analysis of the test data,it is proved that the visualization teaching method can improve the students’ scientific thinking ability.The research results show that the visualization teaching method is feasible and effective for the cultivation of students’ scientific thinking ability.Through the visualization teaching practice,students’ spatial imagination ability and the breadth of thinking are improved,and can promote the development of students’ model construction,scientific reasoning,scientific demonstration,questioning and innovation ability. |
