| From the restoration and development of secondary vocational education to the construction of vocational education system and comprehensive deepening of connotation,China’s vocational education has gradually moved towards the fast lane of improving quality and excellence,value-added empowerment.With the continuous advancement and continuous expansion of the reform and development of vocational education,secondary vocational education as a key part of the construction of vocational education system,in talent training,technical skills inheritance,promotion of general vocational integration and other aspects of the contribution can not be underestimated,however,due to the economic,cultural,regional and many other factors affected by the general existence of problems such as inappropriate schoolrunning positioning,low quality of talent training,poor scale stability,etc.,scientific and reasonable evaluation of the quality of secondary vocational education to improve the key school-running ability of secondary vocational schools.Building a closed loop of connotation construction of secondary vocational schools is an inevitable path for China’s secondary vocational education to achieve high-quality development.This study is divided into five sections,taking the quality of secondary vocational education in Yunnan Province as the research object,going deep into relevant secondary vocational schools to conduct specific research,through the collection and analysis of survey data,objectively analyzing the current situation of secondary vocational schools,excavating the problems existing in the development of secondary vocational schools,and providing path choices for promoting secondary vocational schools to improve the quality of schooling.The first section is the introduction content,which mainly focuses on the background and significance of carrying out research on the quality of secondary vocational education,sorts out relevant theoretical research,determines research ideas,and designs technical routes.The second section is theoretical research,which defines the core concepts of vocational education quality and quality evaluation,and expounds the theories of fourth-generation assessment,action orientation,and comprehensive evaluation and their applications.The third section is the construction of the quality evaluation system of secondary vocational education,sorting out the existing evaluation system and its existing problems in China,referring to relevant policy documents,selecting evaluation indicators and designing research questionnaires.The fourth section is the survey results and analysis of the current situation of secondary vocational education in K City,and on the basis of comprehensive analysis of the current situation,questionnaires and interviews are used as the starting point to further explore the problems existing in the development of secondary vocational education and analyze the causes.The fifth section is an effective way to improve the quality of secondary vocational education in Yunnan Province,and in the context of high-quality development,the corresponding improvement strategies are proposed around the five stakeholders of the government,schools,enterprises,teachers and students,so as to further solve the practical problems in the development of secondary vocational education and effectively enhance the relevance of vocational education. |
