This paper introduces the related concepts of workplace performance and the domestic situation, through the establishment of workplace performance students questionnaire, the employer questionnaire, respectively, for in my first year, second years, third years of CNC tooling and hotel management professional students and their employers in the questionnaire survey and the interview survey. The use of literature research, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and other research methods, a detailed analysis of the secondary vocational school students entering the workplace, formal entry two stages of workplace performance, by distinguishing between the knowledge, skills, occupation occupation occupation spirit three dimensions, a large amount of data collected and analyzed, summed up the different specialty of secondary vocational school students career performance trends and reasons. From the secondary school, in three aspects, the Department of education to improve the employer occupation education quality and puts forward some suggestions.This paper based on the questionnaire survey and the interview survey, through data analysis the following conclusions:1.students entering the workplace to quit reason for post counterparts, formal entry to quit reason for lower paid.2. students in secondary vocational school entry third years writing, text understanding knowledge compared to second years a large progress.3.vocational students in formal entry of NC programming, maintenance, product inspection knowledge, the venue layout more knowledgeable, put food knowledge by the old employees. To the accumulation of their experience.4.vocational students in formal entry occupation, attitude, moral deportment and correct decision, boss ask to learn better, and less occupation interest.5.vocational students in formal entry to get a pay raise and training.6.secondary vocational school students career self evaluation and evaluation on employers differences.7.vocational students in basic cultural knowledge, communication skills, professional and gender differences, innovation ability have significant gender differences.8.secondary vocational school students occupation occupation occupation character, manners and attitudes have significant major.
