Investigation And Analysis Of Workplace Occupation Education Quality Of Secondary Vocational School Students From The Perspective Of Performance

This paper introduces the related concepts of workplace performance and the domestic situation, through the establishment of workplace performance students questionnaire, the employer questionnaire, respectively, for in my first year, second years, third years of CNC tooling and hotel management professional students and their employers in the questionnaire survey and the interview survey. The use of literature research, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and other research methods, a detailed analysis of the secondary vocational school students entering the workplace, formal entry two stages of workplace performance, by distinguishing between the knowledge, skills, occupation occupation occupation spirit three dimensions, a large amount of data collected and analyzed, summed up the different specialty of secondary vocational school students career performance trends and reasons.
