The "double high plan" and the pilot of modern apprenticeship are the main trends of the current vocational education reform and the important system design leading the high quality development of vocational education.The study of Modern apprenticeship with Chinese characteristicsp and "double high Plan" has full value significance and conforms to the value guidance of the country to vocational education;In line with the current vocational education reform of the new trend;At the same time,it also conforms to the innovative development of vocational colleges and the needs of cultivating high-quality talents.However,there are still many problems in the current modern apprenticeship system,such as the investment of funds,the construction of "double tutors" and the implementation of courses.It is of profound research significance to clarify the coupling logic between "double high Plan" and modern apprenticeship,aim at the pain point of modern apprenticeship implementation,and seek the development strategy of modern apprenticeship.Firstly,this study discusses the reasons and significance of the research from the perspectives of macro-policy guidance,middle-view vocational education reform drive,micro-vocational college innovation and development needs,summarizes and analyzes the literature on modern apprenticeship and "double-high Plan" at home and abroad,and determines the research method combining case study,questionnaire survey and interview.Secondly,the connotation of modern apprenticeship and "double high plan" is clarified,and according to the characteristics of modern apprenticeship,stakeholder theory,synergy theory and work-oriented theory are determined as the theoretical basis of the research to guide the analysis of problems and countermeasures.By summarizing the basic situation of modern apprenticeship practice in Kunming Industrial Vocational and Technical College,this paper reveals the current situation of modern apprenticeship implementation,analyzes the existing problems in five aspects of modern apprenticeship guarantee measures,curriculum and teaching,training base,teacher team construction and evaluation,and seeks the internal logic of the problems.The attribution is made from the following four aspects: the initiative of enterprises to participate in modern apprenticeship,the guarantee system of modern apprenticeship,the school-enterprise synergy mechanism,the strength of vocational colleges and the service ability of enterprises.In the end,it puts forward the innovation of school-enterprise cooperation mode to stimulate the vitality of enterprises;Improve the guarantee system of modern apprenticeship and form policy synergy;Deepen the school-enterprise collaboration mechanism and build a school-enterprise community of shared future;The implementation countermeasure of improving the level of school running and the service ability of enterprises.
