Online car refers to the online booking service developed with the help of Internet information technology and business model, which realizes the integration and innovation of Internet economy and transportation industry, and promotes the effective integration of social idle resources. Its development has roughly experienced three stages from exploration development to rapid expansion and then to regulation. With the gradual deepening of management norms, the work behavior of e-hailing drivers has evolved from free constraint to regulation development, that is,from individual behavior to systematic behavior.Based on previous studies, this paper takes ride-hailing drivers introduced by Didi as the research object and social action as the research perspective to explore the generation and change rules of driver behavior norms under the influence of multiple institutional logic.Ride-hailing platform is a supply-demand equilibrium system with platform companies as the core and involving ride-hailing drivers, consumers and administrative departments.Different actors have different behavior structures and different constraint rules. This paper takes the action goal of e-hailing drivers as the clue, and gradually analyzes a series of rational action choices made by them to achieve the ideal goal. This paper takes Coleman’s rational choice theory and Brovey’s labor process theory as the theoretical support, and takes the core concept of "social capital" as the dominant factor to generate the rational choice paradigm, and expounds the inevitable choice of the drivers’ action from micro individual behavior to macro system behavior. This paper is divided into four parts. The first part introduces the related operation of online car booking; The second part introduces the drivers’ cognition of the job and their adaptation to the platform technology, and analyzes the decision variables that affect the integration of individual behaviors. The third part integrates the plight of e-hailing drivers in the labor process, and explains the causes and results of the plight. The fourth part is the integration of the system norms of online car hailing and the reality path of rational regression of driver behavior paradigm,in order to provide enlightenment for the sustainable development of online car hailing and provide reference for the formulation of regulatory policies for platform industry. The conclusion of this paper is that the meaningful individual actions of e-hailing drivers interact with the social structure, institutional logic and management norms.Secondly, digital supervision continuously strengthens the intervention of capital in the labor process, which makes the individual integration gradually more difficult and even lose its function.Through government intervention, the e-hailing industry can return to rational development, and the behaviors of e-hailing drivers can be effectively integrated. However,it still faces many difficult problems, such as disordered management caused by inconsistent management standards and the absence of rights and interests protection of e-hailing drivers. At this time,it is more necessary to construct a "people-oriented" sharing economy development pattern through the complementary and integrated internal and external management of the platform.
