With the widespread implementation of new curriculum standards,new textbooks,and new college entrance examination,high school history teaching faces new challenges.In order to adapt to the needs of education and teaching reform in the new era,effectively solve the contradiction between the limited class hours brought by the unified edition of the new history textbook and the large load and complex volume of a single class,as well as the need to realize the in-depth learning of students and effectively implement the core quality of the subject,many history teachers are constantly searching for a practical and reasonable teaching methods and methods.Among them,thematic teaching has attracted more and more attention from teachers due to its integrity and logic of vision and thinking,and is regarded as an effective way to overcome the drawbacks of traditional teaching,leverage classroom transformation and implement the core literacy objectives of disciplines.In addition,since 2017,"themed" questions have emerged in the real questions of the history college entrance examination.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the topic teaching in high school history teaching.Starting from the concept of theme-based teaching,this paper demonstrates the basis of the application of theme-based teaching to history teaching from both theoretical and practical levels,and holds that theme-based teaching is helpful for students to master history knowledge systematically,change the fragmentation of history knowledge learning and improve the effectiveness of history learning.It conforms to the requirements of the new curriculum standards and the needs of the evaluation system of the history college entrance examination,and plays an important role in the cultivation of the core quality of the history discipline and the two-way development of the teaching subject.At the same time,in order to avoid the problems of superficial,deviated and formalized topic teaching,this paper puts forward the principles of integrity,scientificity and unified application of knowledge and ability.It also probes into the implementation steps of theme-based teaching from the aspects of teaching background,determination of teaching theme and formulation of teaching objectives.On this basis,the author further puts forward the strategies to assist the implementation of theme-based teaching,that is,to integrate the teaching content appropriately according to the theme and to integrate the teaching logic;Use anchor teaching to highlight the teaching theme;Break through the teaching theme by studying historical materials;To construct the problem as the orientation,deepen the teaching theme;Give full play to the ideological and political functions of the curriculum and sublimate the teaching theme.Finally,the author takes "The heyday and Crisis in the early and Middle Qing Dynasty" in Lesson 14 of Outline of Chinese and Foreign History(I)as an example to carry out the theme teaching design and apply the theoretical strategies to practical teaching guidance.And from the construction of teaching logic,resource integration,student activities and other aspects of the subject case reflection,hoping to provide reference and help for front-line teaching.
