| With the continuous development of China’s social economy,the physical education profession is facing new opportunities and challenges,especially the demand for physical education professionals is also on the rise.Regarding the training of professional talents in physical education,The research of domestic and foreign scholars focuses on the structure of the curriculum,goals,and talent training,but there are still shortcomings in combining graduation requirements,teachers,and student development.In order to better solve the problem of training undergraduate talents in physical education,it is of great practical significance to explore the cultivation of talents in physical education through a comprehensive analysis of various training aspects.This thesis uses literature method,survey method,mathematical-statistical method and qualitative analysis method to investigate and explore the need for talented physical education teachers in Yunnan primary schools,teaching objectives,examination requirements,curriculum,collaboration and practice,student development and basic safety of physical education subjects in colleges and universities.We make suggestions to improve the quality of physical education education,promote the balance of supply and demand,and have positive implications for improving physical education education in Yunnan universities.We also draw conclusions and suggest countermeasures.Conclusions:(1)In terms of career orientation,the four colleges and universities in Yunnan Province have the same points,that is,they have high teacher ethics,educational feelings and social responsibility,and are competent for physical education,after-school training and competition,sports research and management.The difference is that Yunnan Normal University requires students t not only engage in physical education in secondary schools and educational institutions,but also to be competent for training,scientific research and mana gement,which shows that Yunnan Normal University has stricter requirements for physical education students.(2)In general,the physical education graduation requirements of colleges and universities are problematic,but they are mostly met.Problems include a lack of student commitment and enthusiasm for entering the workforce;some courses offered by universities do not meet the needs of students,course content is heavy,and general education courses have little relevance to the major.(3)There is too much emphasis on educational practice and too little on other practical aspects of teaching and learning;the level of faculty research needs further improvement;the number of prominent faculty and talent in teaching and research at home and abroad is low.(4)Regarding teaching skill requirements,physical education students somewhat lack an understanding of the rules of student physiological and psychological development,an understanding of student physical fitness,the ability to design curricula,and the ability to organize and direct teaching.Although physical education students have a certain pioneering spirit and ability,they are not outstanding.Suggestions:(1)In developing educational objectives,universities and colleges specialising in physical education should update their concepts and pay more attention to factors such as the characteristics of the college itself,regional advantages and the employment status of graduates.(2)In terms of curriculum definition,colleges and universities should introduce new sports and offer interdisciplinary courses in different disciplines;integrate theoretical courses with similar functions and fewer electives;and reduce credits and hours accordingly.(3)Coordinate educational research,internships and apprenticeships effectively,strengthen educational practices and educational research continuously consolidate and improve educational practices.(4)Pay attention to strengthening the teac hing ability of physical education students in talent training;use classroom management and group management to promote the strengthening of teaching ability in the form of helping and guiding,and provide students with classroom management experience. |
