Non-intelligence factor refers to all psychological factors other than intelligence factor,mainly composed of motivation,interest,emotion,will four psychological factors.Non-intellectual factors play an important role in the successful completion of college students’ studies,optimistic life,self-development,and sound personality,and are the key to the development of college students’ abilities and qualities.The concept of quality education,higher vocational colleges to improve the students’ comprehensive qualities,for the purpose of cultivating social development need comprehensive talents,in the teaching should be clear the training target of non-intelligence factors and era value,build teaching system of coordinated development of intelligence factors and non-intelligence factors,to explore the project of cultivating non-intellectual factors of each course.As a subject that runs through the whole process of education in universities,primary and secondary schools,physical education undertakes an important educational mission.However,in higher vocational physical education,teachers focus on students’ skills learning and ignore the cultivation of students’ non-intellectual factors.How to effectively cultivate students’ non-intellectual factors and maximize the role of non-intellectual factors in physical education is still worth exploring.The research methods adopted in this paper include literature method,investigation method,case study method,experiment method and mathematical statistics method.Through literature method and expert survey method,the index content of non-intelligence factors in physical education teaching is confirmed,so as to provide a basis for the design of student questionnaire and teacher questionnaire of non-intelligence factors in physical education of higher vocational colleges.According to the results of the investigation,the training program of non-intelligence factors in physical education was formulated.The students from Class 2 of Marketing and Class 2 of Interior design of Grade 2020 in Hebei Chemical and Pharmaceutical Vocational and Technical College were selected as the experimental objects,and the 12-week teaching experiment was conducted.After the experiment,independent sample T test and paired sample T test were conducted on the non-intelligence factor change data of the two groups of students through the non-intelligence factor experiment scale.The results showed that:(1)The gender variables of students were analyzed before the experiment,and it was found that there were no significant differences in the non-intellectual factors of the ten dimensions of achievement motivation,communication motivation,desire for knowledge,sports enthusiasm,sports anxiety,stability of attention,sense of collective honor,confidence,tenacity and decisiveness of students in the two classes(P > 0.05).(2)After the experiment,independent sample T test was carried out on the non-intellectual factors measurement results of the students in the experimental class and the control class.There were significant differences in achievement motivation and self-confidence(P < 0.01),and significant differences in communication motivation,desire for knowledge,enthusiasm for sports,sense of collective honor and tenacity(P < 0.05).It shows that the dimension of non-intelligence factors changes more obviously after the experiment,which indicates the effective implementation of the training program of non-intelligence factors.(3)After the experiment,by paired samples T test,the test results for that in comparative classes students non-intelligence factors there is no significant difference(P > 0.05),while the experimental class students in achievement motivation,sports enthusiasm,anxiety,collective sense of honor,tenacity and confidence six dimensions are showing a significant difference(P< 0.05),Especially in the collective sense of honor and sports enthusiasm on two dimensions have extremely significant difference(P < 0.01),associate in motivation,curiosity,attention stability and Guo Gan Xing four dimensions numerical growth,but did not reach significant,is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the project of cultivating non-intellectual factors of experimental class,but because of non-intelligence factors is persistence,Therefore,in this study,the change of the non-intellectual factor dimension will have an impact on the overall development of students.It has been demonstrated that this program is operable.The results are as follows:(1)through the expert investigation method,this paper builds index content,higher vocational colleges and universities sports teaching non-intelligent factors including the sports motivation,sports interest,sports emotion and motion will 4 first-level indicators(non-intelligence factor dimension),10 secondary indexes(specific non-intelligence factors)and 30 tertiary index(sports teaching the non-intelligent factors).(2)There are the following problems in physical education teaching of higher vocational colleges at present: physical education teachers’ unclear cognition of "non-intellectual factors",unclear grasp of educational concepts,broad design of teaching objectives in practical teaching,boring teaching content,single teaching methods and ineffective teaching evaluation.In sports learning,students have vague motivation,no clear goal direction,lack of active communication consciousness,weak competitive consciousness,lack of perseverance,and need to be improved in achievement motivation,sports enthusiasm,cooperation ability,collective consciousness,tenacity,self-confidence and other aspects.(3)According to the index content of non-intellectual factors in physical education,from the aspects of teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching strategies,teaching methods and teaching evaluation,non-intellectual factors in higher vocational physical education teaching are designed to provide reference for the teaching implementation of higher vocational physical education teachers.In teaching,it can stimulate students’ sports motivation,cultivate students’ sports interest,adjust students’ correct emotions,attitudes and values,and develop students’ tenacious will quality.
