A Study On Sports Psychological Fatigue And Its Influencing Factors Of Shooting Athletes In Yunnan Province

Objective: Due to the difference of characteristics between different events,the theoretical research on sports psychological fatigue is relatively mature at present,but the specific research on sports events is still less,and the research on sports events is mostly concentrated in the projects that are less affected by external factors.For shooting events with high psychological needs,the research on sports psychological fatigue of athletes is still lacking.This study takes the members of shooting teams in various cities in Yunnan Province as the subjects to understand the status and influencing factors of sports psychological fatigue of shooting athletes in Yunnan Province,and puts forward suggestions to alleviate sports psychological fatigue according to the influencing factors of fatigue,providing reference basis for the training theory of shooting athletes in Yunnan Province,so as to enrich our research on sports psychological fatigue in different sports.Methods: This study drew keyword co-occurrence atlas and keyword clustering atlas with the help of information visualization software Cite Space V through the method of literature,explored the highlighted keywords,and deeply interpreted the research status;It was investigated by questionnaire,in which the athletes’ fatigue questionnaire was used by Clonbach α The coefficient is used to test the reliability of the questionnaire,the AMOS23.0 software is used to test the validity of the questionnaire,the Pearson correlation coefficient is used to test the reliability of the questionnaire,and the expert method is used to test the validity of the questionnaire;Through the interview method,the shooting coaches and athletes in Yunnan Province were interviewed in depth and carefully,and their suggestions and opinions were widely listened to,providing ideas for the study of this article;The statistical software SPSS23.0 is used to analyze the data through mathematical statistics.Descriptive statistics,independent sample t-test and one-way ANOVA are selected to explore the differences of shooters’ sports psychological fatigue in different gender,different age groups,different events,different sports levels,different training years and different educational background,Select the factor analysis method to explore the influencing factors of shooters’ sports psychological fatigue,find out the core factors to name and analyze,so as to provide reasonable coping methods to alleviate the degree of their sports psychological fatigue.Conclusion:(1)There are no significant differences in the three dimensions of sports psychological fatigue among shooters of different sexes in Yunnan Province.(2)There are significant differences in the three dimensions of sports psychological fatigue among shooters of different ages in Yunnan Province.(3)There is no significant difference in the three dimensions of sports psychological fatigue among shooters in different events in Yunnan Province.(4)The shooters of different sports grades in Yunnan Province have significant differences in the dimensions of emotional/physical exhaustion and negative evaluation of sports,but there is no significant difference in the dimension of reduced sense of achievement.(5)There are significant differences in the dimension of achievement reduction among shooters with different training years in Yunnan Province,but there are no significant differences in the dimension of emotional/physical exhaustion and negative evaluation of sports.(6)There are significant differences in the three dimensions of sports psychological fatigue among shooters with different academic qualifications in Yunnan Province.(7)The factors that affect the sports-related psychological fatigue of shooting athletes in Yunnan Province include training means,coach intervention,self-expectation,pressure to enter school,living habits and social support.
