In order to better catch up with the trend of international physical education curriculum reform and development,in 2018,the Ministry of Education promulgated the "Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards for Senior High Schools(2017 edition)",which pointed out an important reform direction of China’s physical education curriculum,and triggered a comprehensive change in school education,subject teaching and other aspects of theory and practice.In 2021,the "Sports and Health" Teaching Reform Guidelines(Trial)"was issued,which clearly pointed out that primary and secondary school students should be cultivated in sports ability,healthy behavior and sports ethics and other basic qualities,and" encourage the reasonable arrangement of multidisciplinary thematic education and teaching activities in physical education." Subsequently,the "Compulsory Education Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards(2022 edition)" was also released in April2022,further strengthening the training requirements for primary and secondary school students’ core literacy,and clearly positioning the core literacy of primary and secondary schools,pointing out that the primary school stage is a stage of enlightenment education for all-round development of a person,in this stage,students have strong plasticity.It is an important period of physical and psychological development,and also a golden period of core literacy development.However,due to the influence of regional and cultural factors,there are some limitations in the applicability and practicability of the unitized educational content and mode.Therefore,it is necessary to set up sports courses that meet the needs of local students,strengthen the cultivation of the core quality of students’ sports disciplines,so that every student can apply the basic knowledge and skills they have learned to various practical problems and get corresponding development.Therefore,this paper takes the characteristic curriculum of physical education in Beilin District primary School of Xi’an City as the starting point,uses various research methods such as literature,field investigation,expert interview and logical analysis,and combines Taylor’s principle,reverse curriculum design principle and Barnes’ design principle to further discuss it.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)Core literacy is a new direction for talent training in line with the needs of the development of The Times.The core quality of sports and health curriculum is a higher requirement for students,students should not only learn basic knowledge and skills,but also have the ability to judge and solve problems in real life,and acquire the corresponding necessary sports character,key ability and values.(2)12 primary schools in Beilin District of Xi ’an have carried out special sports course teaching in combination with their own school-running characteristics.This paper analyzes the practice from four aspects: extracurricular physical exercise,off-campus activities,sports training competition and sports events,which has guiding significance for the high-quality development of sports courses with special characteristics in other areas of Xi ’an.(3)Analyze the "new curriculum standard",follow the principles of curriculum design,design its sports characteristic curriculum around the core elements of sports disciplines,and guide the curriculum design objectives,curriculum content,curriculum implementation and evaluation methods with the core literacy of sports disciplines.This paper takes sports ability,health behavior and sports morality as the core of sports discipline,and designs different dimensions of curriculum objectives and teaching objectives as well as corresponding curriculum content,implementation countermeasures and evaluation methods to form a systematic curriculum organization structure.(4)Higher requirements are put forward for the cultivation of students’ core qualities.Under the guidance of core literacy,the curriculum objectives of physical education and health should be further refined,focusing on sports ability,healthy behavior and sports ethics.In the choice of course content,we should also pay attention to the emphasis and unity of organization.On this basis,from the students,teachers,school three levels of development,so that the development of sports characteristics of the curriculum more targeted,more specific. |
