| With the increasing aging of the population in various regions of China and the continuous advancement of the integrated development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the development of education for the elderly,as an important component of modern social affairs, has gradually evolved into an indispensable part of resource allocation for the economic and social development of the Greater Bay Area, and has simultaneously become an unavoidable realistic proposition that education for the elderly helps the integrated development. The research on this issue can,on the one hand, theoretically clarify the collaborative status of the development of education for the elderly in the Greater Bay Area and the measurement paradigm of resource level,so as to form the field expansion of the research on the allocation of education resources. On the other hand,it can also propose an optimization path for the collaborative development of education for the elderly in the Greater Bay Area according to local conditions,so as to provide reference for the development of education for the elderly in similar regions such as the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the Yangtze River Delta. To this end, this study, starting from the perspective of resources, tries to put forward a scientific path for the collaborative promotion of education for the elderly in the Greater Bay Area through the realistic measurement of the level of educational resources for the elderly in 11 cities and the investigation of regional collaborative development.Focusing on the deepening of the research content, the main conclusions are as follows:(1)Within the whole Greater Bay Area, there are obvious differences in the level of education resources for the elderly among the 11 cities. The total amount of education resources for the elderly in Guangzhou and Shenzhen exceeds the sum of the other 9 cities, showing obvious polarization distribution characteristics, and there is still a considerable gap between the coordinated development of education for the elderly between regions;(2)Within the same city of the Greater Bay Area, the conditional, subjective and developmental resource levels of education for the elderly differ greatly, and there is a significant gap between the required levels of each resource module;(3)In terms of the same resource module of education for the elderly, the 11 cities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area generally have the situation that "composition of the elderly population" is not compatible with "economic basis","supply of educational opportunities for the elderly" is not compatible with "educational needs of the elderly",and "content of education for the elderly" is not compatible with "learning demands of students";(4)The adoption of "growth pole model" and "grid model" to optimize and adjust regional education resources for the elderly is an optional model for the collaborative development of education for the elderly in the Greater Bay Area;(5)In terms of specific paths,"synergy of ideas" should be taken as the basic guide to promote the coordinated development of education for the elderly in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,"synergy of resources" should be taken as the fundamental path to promote the coordinated development of education for the elderly in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and "establishment of an Open University for the elderly in the Bay Area" should be taken as a central vehicle to promote the coordinated development of senior education in the Greater Bay Area. |
