| Under the background of the development of“Fitness for all” and“Sports Power”,the sports policy has been implemented continuously,in 2013,the State General Administration of Sports and other departments jointly issued the “First batch of high-risk sports catalogue announcement”,which made swimming, skiing, diving and rock climbing as high-risk sports. The new sports law of the People’s Republic of China, amended in 2022,has also strengthened the management of high-risk sports.Swimming is one of the most popular high-risk sports in Shanghai. In recent years, swimming,as a physical exercise and physical fitness, has been favored by people and developed rapidly,at the same time,it also presents the characteristics of“High participation, high risk”.The accidents in swimming places happen from time to time, which threaten the personal safety.Through the analysis of the causes of typical accidents in swimming places, the proportion of human factors is the highest. The research on human factors risk in sports field started relatively late in China, and the research on influencing factors and preventive measures in swimming places is insufficient.Based on this, this research uses the methods of Literature Research, questionnaire survey,EXPERT interview,Field Investigation, case analysis, mathematical statistics, etc.,this paper takes the identification and prevention of human factors risk in Yangpu District swimming pool as the research object, identifies human factors risk, analyzes the influencing factors of human factors risk, and formulates the countermeasures for prevention of human factors risk.It is expected to have some theoretical and practical significance for the occurrence of risk reduction accidents in Yangpu District swimming venues. Conclusions: 1.In the risk identification of swimming facilities in Yangpu District, the focus of participants was different, and the most important risk was the maintenance and renewal of swimming facilities Coaches believe that observation and judgment are crucial;lifeguards are most concerned with professional skills and risk awareness;and swimmers believe that age,self-assessment and risk awareness play an important role in human factors risk identification.Because of the characteristics of the participants or work requirements, there are differences in risk identification.2.Through the analysis of the factors affecting the human factors at the swimming venues in Yangpu District,Shanghai, the participants were able to identify the same human factors, such as risk awareness, business ability, education, intelligent drowning alarm equipment, such as different recognition.Among the other influencing factors, the characteristics of the participants were different, and their emphases were also different.3.The following measures are taken to prevent people from taking risks in swimming venues in Yangpu District: the government should promptly formulate and improve relevant laws and regulations, formulate a scientific and efficient regulatory system, the management of swimming places should formulate scientific and reasonable rules and regulations, speed up the construction of intelligent swimming places, and strengthen publicity,to enhance the overall level of business of coaches and lifeguards and the risk awareness of swimmers.4.Through literature study and case study,it is concluded that insurance and construction of intelligent swimming pool are important ways to reduce the probability of risk.I believe that these two preventive measures are also the future development direction of Yangpu District swimming venues in Shanghai. |
