Objectives of the study:The potential injury risk of athletes will lead to the occurrence of sports injury, which has always been one of the main factors affecting the performance and physical health of athletes. We should expose the potential injury risk before the occurrence of sports injury, formulate training plans, and reduce the probability of sports injury of athletes as much as possible. The 7 test movements in the functional action screening(FMS)cover the basic action patterns of human movement. These 7 functional movements include squatting, stepping, lunging, stretching, lifting, and the trunk leaning back and forth and rotation, which are the basis of the complex functional movements of the human body.Different combinations of functional movements constitute the special movements of various sports.Functional movement screening simplifies complex problems by presenting the quality of human movement in the form of scores,so as to screen out the potential risk of injury before injury occurs, and the screening results can provide reference for formulating corrective training.Research methods:In this study, the functional movement screening kit was used to test the athletes of six sports events in Yangpu District, and the test results of 289 athletes in six sports events were taken as the research object.SPSS was used for data processing. The average score of each sport, the difference of male and female scores in the 7 test movements, the incidence of injuries in each sport, and the difference of scores in the three sports years were obtained. Finally, the relationship between the results of functional movement screening and the risk of specific injury was analyzed combined with the characteristics of each sport.Conclusions:(1)The FMS scores of the six sports in the junior sports school were all lower than 14 points except taekwondo, which indicated that there was a potential risk of injury. However, the athletes in the six sports had good bilateral symmetry, and the bilateral difference was not obvious.(2)Female athletes scored significantly better than male athletes in the active straight leg raise test, and male athletes scored significantly better than female athletes in the trunk stability push-up test. There was no significant difference in other movements.(3)The FMS scores of the six sports were negatively correlated with the history of injury. The higher the FMS score, the lower the probability of injury.(4)Different training years have an impact on athletes’ injuries.Football athletes’ injuries and training years show a "V" shape, sailing and windsurfing show an increasing trend, handball shows a decreasing trend, wrestling shows a decreasing trend, taekwondo shows an increasing trend, tennis shows a "cliff type",0-3 years and4-6 years of training years show an increasing trend.Athletes with 7 years or more had no injury in the last year.
