In recent years,in order to promote the comprehensive development of primary and secondary school students, study tour activities have been carried out rapidly and are now incorporated into school education programs in various provinces. This paper uses literature, questionnaires, expert interviews and mathematical and statistical methods to identify and assess the risk sources of study tours for primary and secondary school students and propose targeted risk response strategies, which in turn also provide a basis for the state and relevant departments to formulate relevant policy norms. The following conclusions are drawn from the study.(1)This paper identifies and evaluates the risk sources of study tour trekking for primary and secondary school students mainly from six aspects: participants, organizers, environment, management, physical and other risks, and concludes that the main risk factors are participant(24.33%),organizer(22.69%),environmental(19.39%),secondary risk factors are management(17.62%)and physical(9.76%),and the general factors were other(6.21%).Among the risk factors of participants, there were 12 major risk factors such as suffering from heart disease, asthma and other diseases, not having sufficient physical fitness, lack of concentration, physical injuries or unhealed, being aggressive, too risky, lack of selfcontrol, not knowing safety protection and first aid knowledge, suffering from anemia, hypoglycemia and other symptoms, and having weak mental capacity;among the risk factors of organizers, there was a lack of effective supervision and monitoring of the team There are 11 major risk factors such as lack of effective supervision and supervision of the team, insufficient knowledge or skills in first aid safety, insufficient knowledge and experience to fully identify risks or make judgments, inadequate supervision of students’ risky behavior, failure to take security measures within the scope of activities, lack of ability to cope with sports risks and injuries, failure to check outdoor facilities and equipment or not in place, incomplete mastery of relevant knowledge and skills, etc.;environmental risk factors include steep,rugged,potholed,wet,etc.rugged,potholes,slippery,etc.,lack of relevant laws, regulations and management systems, sharp objects on the ground(stumps, stones, glass),sudden natural disasters(sandstorms, mudslides, flash floods, high tides, etc.),untimely rescue, scratching by viburnums, sudden severe weather changes(typhoons, rain, snow, hail, etc.),lack of organization and supervision of relevant departments, and other 12 major risk factors;management risk factors Lack of effective management system, inadequate emergency work of medical team, imperfect rescue management system, unreasonable design of trekking route, imperfect organization of relevant base departments, and lax supervision of various departments are the main risk factors;among the physical risk factors, inadequate infrastructure and first aid equipment, dangerous objects such as sharp objects, insufficient sports supplies, unreasonable or insufficient location of water stations, and improper dressing are the main risk factors.Other risk factors include sudden death and sudden muscle cramps.(2)Based on the assessment results of the main risk factors in the risk of participants, risk managers can carry out risk response by implementing health assessment, strengthening students’ safety education, and scientifically arranging exercise load;according to the main influencing factors of organizers’ risk, risk response can be carried out by formulating supervision and management system, improving safety education awareness, and enhancing professional technical level.Environmental risks can be dealt with by checking the landscape in advance, paying attention to the weather forecast in real time, and establishing sound laws and regulations;management risks can be dealt with by improving the effective management mechanism, improving the emergency rescue system and purchasing personal accident insurance;risk managers can deal with physical risks mainly by whether the basic materials are well prepared, checking whether the students are properly dressed and carried.Other risks are less likely to occur, but if they do occur, they are more serious, and risk managers can deal with them by organizing sufficient warm-up activities for participants and improving their own ability to deal with emergencies. |
