Research On Organizational Capital And Formation Mechanism Of Sports Social Organization

With the development of Chinese economy and society and the growth of people’s sports demand,all kinds of sports social organizations develop vigorously.As a new subject participating in sports governance,sports social organization’s organizational capacity building has been paid more and more attention.Therefore,from the perspective of organizational capital research,this paper discusses the mechanism of the generation of organizational capital by sports social organizations,and analyzes how sports social organizations promote the generation of organizational capital through the construction of organizational capital measurement scale,in order to provide development direction for the self-capacity construction and improvement of sports social organizations.Based on the theory of organizational capital,this paper uses a variety of research methods,such as literature,field investigation,case study and questionnaire survey,and takes "sports social organizations" as the research object and "Shanghai Community Sports Association" as a case to study the mechanism of organizational capital generation of sports social organizations.Based on the systematic review of domestic and foreign research literature on organizational capital,this paper constructs the organizational capital measurement index of sports social organizations in line with the actual situation in China.It holds that the organizational capital measurement index mainly consists of human capital,relational capital,institutional capital and cultural capital four dimensions and 20 indicators.On this basis,the organizational capital of Shanghai Community Sports Association is measured.The research shows that the development characteristic of Shanghai community sports association is to take root in grassroots communities and enrich sports activities,integrate multiple resources and innovate management methods,renew the development concept and build the sports culture,improve the relationship between government and social organizations and give full play to the guidance of Party building.The organizational capital of Shanghai Community Sports Association is mainly embodied in absorbing sports talents to enhance organizational energy,constructing diversified network extension organizational strength,perfecting institutional structure to strengthen organizational foundation,creating cultural atmosphere to condense organizational consensus.This paper concludes the mechanism of organizational capital generation of sports social organization: the mechanism of knowledge generation and transformation,network extension and connection mechanism,organization improvement and innovation mechanism,psychological consensus and cohesion mechanism.Therefore,we can promote the generation of organizational capital of sports social organizations from the following four aspects: pay attention to the education and training of members,accumulate the stock of human resources;Strengthen the construction of organizational social network and enhance the ability to acquire resources;Optimize the organizational structure and operation process,improve the level of organizational governance;Create a good organizational cultural atmosphere to enhance members’ feelings and trust.
