Research Of Sports Social Organization’s Development Under The Social Structure Changes

Currently, the Study on developmenting problem of sports social organizations in our country, which is a about building a powerful country of sports how to effectively mobilize and organize all the people involving in sports fitness, is also a problems of developmenting of social sports organization on how to adapt the social of social structure changes and constructing "organizational structure of modern society" target.The answer for this question is not only to find the root of the macro social structure change, but also from the micro sports social organizations themselves to be active. In order to go beyond the traditional way of thinking of "structure and action" in the research of sports sociology, to re-examine the development of sports social organization under the change of social structure.This study has applicated with the research methods of literature, investigation and case study, and social organization research Europe paradigm as the theoretical basis, to establish an analysis frame which involved with a "macro social structure vicissitude, meso organizational field evolution of microstructure development". results:1、the social structure changing and the development of sports social organization:the development of sports social organization is not only the process of the organization to adapt to the change of the social structure, but also the process of the organization’s active choice. Thus, how to develop the social sports organizations, both from the macro structure control considerations, do a good job in the development of social sports organization of the top-level design and system environment construction; but also from the microstructure of active consideration, strengthen the social organization of sports ability cultivation and organization of internal system construction.2、the overall social unit of sports organization development: unit was established after the founding of new China, the state monopoly for most of the resources, and from top to bottom, forming a country to monopolize everything "total society".
