Research On The Operation Mechanism Of Self-organization Resources Of The Disabled From The Perspective Of Social Capital Theory

Self-organization of the disabled is a non-profit non-governmental organization established by the disabled or their relatives and friends spontaneously,representing the interests of the disabled and taking the disabled as the main service object,and is an important subject of social construction.Under the current system,the self-organization of the disabled is simply regarded as a consumer of resources rather than a producer,and its social role is relatively neglected,and its value has not been fully realized.This study attempts to explore the following questions:First,what is the environment faced by the self-organized survival and development of the disabled?Second,what is the resource operation mechanism for the disabled?Specifically,how does the self-organization of the disabled mobilize resources?How do self-organization use resources?How does the self-organization of the disabled realize the resource reproduction?Third,how to optimize the resource operation mechanism to promote the development of self-organization of persons with disabilities,and ultimately promote social progress?In this study,organization A was selected as A typical case based on the perspective of social capital theory.The study finds that the mobility of modern society brings atomization,forming a stranger society lacking in social capital.On the one hand,it promotes the self-organization of disabled people who stay together,and on the other hand,it brings a weak resource environment that is not conducive to the growth of self-organization.Secondly,the resources needed for the self-organization development of disabled people include human resources,material resources and social resources,among which social resources are relatively neglected,but their lack seriously restricts the access of human and material resources.Thirdly,in the face of scarce resources,the disabled can self-organize or choose the direct service with less investment and quick income,rely on the bureaucratic system,accept the mainstream system to form the "absorption" resource utilization mechanism;or choose the indirect service that changes the external environment,rely on social capital,carry out value advocacy,and form the "advocacy" resource utilization mechanism.Further studies found that,the "absorption" service system only includes the mobilization and utilization of resources and forms "consuming" resource operation mechanism;while "advocacy" service brings resource reproduction link and forms"reproduction" resource operation mechanism.The self-organized resource operation of the disabled can produce active social capital,structured social capital and conceptual social capital,which can not only be used by self-organization,but also promote the growth of the well-being of the disabled and the overall progress of society.Self-organization and resources and environment form a positive cycle of mutual promotion,and the "mobilization-utilization-reproduction" of resources also forms a complete logical closed loop.Finally,this study in each subject targeted Suggestions since the organization resources operation mechanism,organization itself should establish "advocacy" the organization ability construction direction,the administrative system should be purchased from the government to buy public services to government investment in social construction,social forces should develop strong and promising social community,social work should play a professional force to promote social organization and organization.The common focus of each subject is to promote the positive cycle of social capital reproduction and promote social construction to bring social progress.
