| In recent years,under the national strategy of national fitness and healthy China,the idea that "exercise is a good medicine" has taken root in the hearts of the people,exercise prescription is gradually integrated into daily life,and gradually enter school physical education,the “Exercise Prescription Teaching” came into being.Taking students’ physique and health as the starting point,design scientific exercise prescription according to the difference of students’ physical condition,and carry out corresponding EPT,helps students to improve their physical health,promote their physical and mental health.This teaching mode embodies the idea of teaching students according to their aptitude;it conforms to the trend of the times of physical and medical integration.This study introduces the EPT into junior middle school physical education,design and implements the EPT,aiming at improving the quality of physical education teaching in junior middle schools,to provide practical experience for the application of Sports Prescription Teaching in junior high school physical education in the future.With the help of the new,improve and enhance the physical health level of junior middle school students.This paper adopts the methods of literature,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistics,experimentally studied the effect of the EPT on the physical health of junior high school students.Taking 100 students from two natural classes in Grade 7 of the experimental school of the Affiliated Middle School of Henan Normal University in Xinxiang City as the experimental objects,there were 50 students in the experimental class and 50 in the control class,a 16 week teaching experiment was conducted,the experimental class adopts the EPT,the control class adopts the traditional classroom teaching mode.Before the experiment,measured the physical shape,physical function and physical quality of the students in the two classes,the results showed that there was no significant difference in each index;After the experiment,according to the comparison of the body shape,physical function and physical quality of the students in the two classes,analyzing the teaching effect of EPT,further improve the scientific level of physical education teaching in junior high schools.At the same time,it provides the necessary basis for junior high school students to participate in sports activities more scientifically and reasonably and improve the junior middle school students’ physical health level.Through the comparison of the data before and after the experiment between the experimental class and the control class,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The EPT has no obvious effect on improving the height and weight of junior high school students,but has a significant effect on reducing the body fat content and chest circumference,and its effect is better than the traditional teaching mode;2.The EPT has a significant effect on improving the physical function of junior high school students,and can significantly improve the respiratory system function of students,which is better than the traditional teaching mode;3.The EPT has an obvious effect on improving the physical quality of junior high school students.It can promote the coordinated development of strength,speed,endurance and flexibility,and its effect is better than the traditional teaching mode;4.Compared with the traditional teaching,the EPT takes the form of "prescription",which arranges differentiated exercise volume and intensity for students with different physical conditions,which can improve junior high school students’ body shape,physical function and physical quality,and thus more effectively improve the physical health level of junior high school students.5.In this experiment,the EPT has achieved good teaching results,which shows that this mode has the value and significance in junior high school physical education teaching. |
