| Under the background of "Made in China 2025" and "Implementing the strategy on developing a quality workforce and build an educated,skilled,and innovative workforce",this study makes a thorough and comprehensive discussion on the ecosystem of highly skilled talents from the perspective of ecosystem theory.Based on the previous research,the study figures out the composition and operation mechanism of ecosystem of highly skilled talents by literature research,case analyzes,in-depth interview,system dynamics methods.The study focuses on the highly skilled talents.Based on the ecological perspective,the grounded theory method is used to explore the characteristics of the group of highly skilled talents,also the environmental characteristics,the components,and the interaction of elements of the ecosystem of highly skilled talents.The system dynamics model of highly skilled talents ecosystem is built by theory of system dynamics and do the simulation experiment analysis.Search for causal and quantitative relationships among environment,subject,individual factors and constitute the dynamical equation.System simulation are used to find out the direct result of each factor change to highly skilled talents and analyze the influence on the individual development.The study figures out the operation mechanism of highly skilled talents ecosystem which means that ecosystem of highly skilled talents focuses on talents,and it has two core functions,such as the circulation of knowledge and skills and the function of information transfer,as well as self-regulating function.Highly skilled talents have professional ability,basic ability,and comprehensive quality ability.Into system,good policy environment,economic environment,social and cultural environment,and scientific and technological environment provide guarantee.And higher vocational colleges,governments,enterprises,training Institutions and service institutions are main subjects.According to the simulation results,advice focus on policy environment,science and technology environment,higher vocational colleges,enterprises,and training institutions is presented for the operation and development of the ecosystem of highly skilled talents.The study enriches the theoretical results of the research on the group of highly skilled talents,expands the research perspective of the ecosystem of highly skilled talents,and provides theoretical support for the effective training of highly skilled talents in China in the future,as well as an important theoretical reference for the efficient management of highly skilled talents in China. |
