| The early school age is the key period for the formation and development of individual autonomy.Erickson believes that from one year after birth to the age of 6,the main task is to develop a child's sense of autonomy and initiative.If we grasp the critical period of autonomous development and support children's autonomous development,we can lay a good foundation for children's lifelong development.Some studies have shown that among the game branches of creative games,role play is a fertile ground for the development of children's autonomy.However,in the front line of education,children are often in the state of being "played" in role games due to the improper educational behavior of teachers,and their autonomy is not fully developed.Therefore,this study will focus on the support strategies to promote the development of autonomy in children's role games.This study selected the children from class 10,middle school of S kindergarten in changsha city as the research object,and carried out an action study aiming at the problem of loss of autonomy in children's role games.Through problem diagnosis,the researchers found that: in the role game,the theme,materials and site layout of the children in the middle tenclass were all dominated by the teachers.Children are prone to improper behavior in role games;The role game is single,the plot is programmed,the material is used empirically.According to the above problem,this study adopts the kay,action research spiral circulation mode,follow the "plan-implementation,reflection,and then the implementation of" the path of design to promote the development of children's autonomy in role play action research plan,through practice,reflection,adjustment and practice to promote the development of children's autonomy in the role play,and explore effective support strategy.Three rounds of action were carried out in this study,and children's autonomy in role games was developed to some extent.In the course of action,the researchers explored that open play environment,teachers' observation and response,rich relevant experience and other supporting strategies are beneficial to the development of children's autonomy in role games.It is clear that the development of children's autonomy in role games is deeply influenced by the level of kindergarten,kindergarten teachers and children's own games.On the basis of the analysis of the research results,the conclusion is drawn that the essence of promoting children's autonomous development in rolegames is that children are in the front;The support strategies to promote children's autonomous development of role play have the characteristics of diversity,flexibility and complementarity.The development of children's autonomy expands the content of role games.Combined with the implementation process and reflection of action research,the author suggests that kindergartens can support the development of children's autonomy by reforming the concept and method of environmental assessment,creating a game environment and training preschool teachers.Preschool teachers should set up the correct view of children and return the right of role play to children.Enhance the action consciousness,the observation and support of children's role play into practice. |
