As a result of the promotion and improvement of inclusive policies for kindergartens,the number of inclusive kindergartens has shown a significant growth trend.y the end of 2021,the popularization rate of inclusive kindergartens across the country has reached 83%.The teacher group of inclusive private kindergartens,as an indispensable part of this,plays the role of core strength and key element in improving the quality of kindergarten education.Therefore,their professional identity urgently needs to be highly valued by the state and society.Using the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and interview,this paper analyzes the impact of the formation of professional identity of teachers in inclusive private kindergartens.A total of 573 teachers in inclusive private kindergartens in Guangdong Province were investigated using the "Inclusive Private Kindergarten Teachers’ Professional Identity Status Scale" and the "Inclusive Private Kindergarten Teachers’ Professional Identity Influencing Factors Survey Scale".Combined with the above two scales,one-way ANOVA,correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were carried out.The results show that: first,the professional identity of teachers in inclusive private kindergartens is at the upper middle level.Second,age,professional title,professional background,teaching age,geographical location of kindergartens,actual work and educational background significantly affect the professional identity of teachers in inclusive private kindergartens in Guangdong Province.Third,there is a very significant positive correlation between social status,work treatment,work environment,career development,teaching ability,interpersonal relationship and family support and the total score of professional identity of teachers in inclusive private kindergartens.Fourth,professional development and work treatment have the greatest impact on the professional identity of teachers in inclusive private kindergartens.In order to better understand the key factors affecting the professional identity of teachers in inclusive private kindergartens and their action paths,Using the "Interview Outline for the Study of Factors Affecting the Professional Identity of Inclusive Private Kindergarten Teachers-Teacher Version" and the "Interview Outline for the Study of Factors Affecting the Professional Identity of Inclusive Private Kindergarten Teachers-Principal Version",an interview survey was conducted on 10 principals of inclusive private kindergartens and 10 teachers of inclusive private kindergartens in various regions of Guangdong Province.Although the general situation of professional identity of teachers in inclusive private kindergartens is good,there are still some problems.First,social factors.The social status of teachers in inclusive private kindergartens needs to be improved;The wage guarantee mechanism for teachers of inclusive private kindergartens needs to be improved.Second,kindergarten factors.There are many problems in the professional title evaluation of teachers in inclusive private kindergartens,such as uneven opportunities and blocked access to professional title evaluation;The pertinence and practicality of teacher training activities need to be strengthened;Individual training plan needs to be formulated;Some kindergartens need to create a teaching atmosphere.Third,teachers’ individual factors.The interpersonal problems such as home communication,colleague competition,and child management will affect teachers’ professional emotions;Some teachers’ professional teaching abilities need to be further strengthened.Fourth,family factors.The attitude of family members of teachers in inclusive private kindergartens will affect teachers’ cognition and choice of occupation,and the attitude of family members mainly depends on the working conditions of preschool teachers.Based on the above research results,countermeasures are proposed around the current situation and influencing factors of professional identity of teachers in inclusive private kindergartens in Guangdong Province.From the social level,the media guides positive public opinion and improves the social status of inclusive private kindergarten teachers;We will strengthen government responsibilities and improve the wage guarantee mechanism for inclusive private kindergarten teachers.From the kindergarten level: create a good teaching atmosphere,develop inclusive private kindergarten teachers’ personal training plans;Improve the professional title evaluation and employment standards of inclusive private kindergarten teachers,and smooth the professional title evaluation and employment channels;Pay attention to the practicality of training activities and improve the professional quality of inclusive private kindergarten teachers.From the individual level of teachers: establish the awareness of lifelong learning and make up for the teaching shortcomings;Actively open communication channels to relieve interpersonal pressure. |
