Abstract/Summary:
Inclusive Private Kindergarten,namely inclusive private kindergarten,is an important force to promote universal development of preschool education.It is a pioneering policy of pre-school education in our country to support the development of inclusive private parks.The key to improve the quality of private kindergarten education is to promote the professional construction of the kindergarten education team.As one of the main implementers of the kindergarten education work,the child care workers take on the education of the hidden curriculum in the kindergarten,its professionalization should be promoted.The professional development and even the effect of child care and education will be affected by the degree of professional recognition and the state of work input of the universal private kindergarten child care workers.We should pay attention to the professional development of all-inclusive private parks,improve their professional identity,enhance their work input,promote their professional development and improve the overall quality of education.Based on the understanding of the current inclusive private park caretakers professional identity and work input actual situation,to explore the internal relationship between the two research purposes.In this study,240 caregivers from 18 inclusive private parks in N City were selected as the research objects.Through questionnaires and interviews,SPSS21.0 statistical analysis tool was used,this paper probes into the practical level of the vocational identity and work input of the Universal non-government-run Parks;caretakers and the relationship between them,and finally draws the following conclusions:1.The professional identity of nurses in inclusive private parks in N city has reached the upper-middle level.Nurses with different ages,working years,education,teaching classes,salary levels and marital status have significant differences in professional identity and various dimensions.2.The work engagement of nurses in inclusive private parks in N city is above average,and there are significant differences in work engagement and dimensions among nurses with different ages,working years,education,salary level and marital status.3.There is a significant positive correlation between the occupational identity,six dimensions and the overall level of job involvement of the non-governmental park-keepers in N City.Job identity has a significant positive predictive effect on job involvement,the six dimensions of career concept,career emotion,career value,career will,career expectation and career skill are positively correlated with work input and each dimension.In view of the above conclusions,this study proposes to improve the social security system,provide social support,perfect the management system of kindergartens and optimize the conditions of kindergartens It is hoped that the rational suggestions on the role orientation and the professional quality improvement will help to improve the professional identity and work input level of the non-governmental park-keepers and promote their professional development.
