| In recent years,my country’s awareness of the importance of preschool education has been strengthened,and the society’s growing demand for preschool education has promoted the development of preschool education.In 2010,the state promulgated the "Several Opinions of the State Council on the Current Development of Preschool Education",which pointed out that it is necessary to "actively support the development of private kindergartens,especially the inclusive private kindergartens that are oriented to the public and have lower fees".Since then,the government has successively introduced a number of policy measures to promote the development of inclusive private kindergartens.The development of inclusive private kindergartens is inseparable from the professional development of kindergarten teachers,and the professional development of kindergarten teachers is inseparable from the kindergarten-based support provided by kindergartens.Under the circumstance that there were few researches on teacher support for inclusive private kindergarten teachers in the early stage,this study starts from the theoretical analysis of kindergarten support for teachers’ professional development in inclusive private kindergartens,and examines the current situation of kindergarten support for teachers’ professional development in inclusive private kindergartens,analyze and study the related issues of kindergarten-based support for inclusive private kindergarten teachers’ professional development,in order to provide reference and suggestions for inclusive private kindergarten teachers’ professional development kindergarten support,so as to promote the professional development of inclusive private kindergarten teachers.In the theoretical analysis part,the researchers define the relevant core concepts,the theoretical basis for the research on the kindergarten-based support of inclusive private kindergarten teachers’ professional development,the significance of the kindergarten-based support for the professional development of inclusive private kindergarten teachers,the kindergarten-based support The constituent elements are analyzed,and the basic requirements for inclusive private kindergarten teachers’ professional development are made from four aspects: complete conditional support,reasonable institutional support,diverse activity support,and good emotional support.analysis description.In the practical investigation part,this research uses research methods such as questionnaires,interviews and text analysis to distribute questionnaires to teachers of four inclusive private kindergartens in Guilin and Yulin,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,and to two inclusive private kindergartens in Guilin.A total of 14 teachers and 2 principals of the kindergarten conducted interviews.Through the text analysis of teachers,they learned about the basic situation of the kindergarten support for the professional development of teachers in inclusive private kindergartens.The four dimensions of support have positive aspects: Conditional support: focus on providing teachers with reasonable welfare rewards,focus on providing a variety of professional learning materials,and focus on providing a variety of professional learning equipment;institutional support: focus on providing new teachers with necessary pre-job training,pay attention to providing opportunities for teachers’ garden-based training,pay attention to encouraging teachers to actively participate in professional title evaluation,pay attention to clear performance appraisal standards,pay attention to various performance appraisal methods;activity support: pay attention to carrying out teachers’ collective teaching and research activities,pay attention to carrying out teachers’ pressure relief activities Activities;emotional support: kindergarten leaders can actively care for and support teachers,and peers can actively and friendly help and communicate with each other.The existing problems of the kindergarten-based support for teachers’ professional development in inclusive private kindergartens include: teachers ’ salaries are low,teachers ’ training funds are low,personalized teachers ’ professional development plans are unclear,teachers have few opportunities for out-of-town training,and performance appraisal The evaluation subject is single.This is related to the state’s support for inclusive private kindergartens,the support provided by managers of inclusive private kindergartens to teachers’ professional development,and the teachers’ own understanding of professional development in inclusive private kindergartens.Based on this,this study puts forward suggestions for optimizing the kindergarten-based support for inclusive private kindergarten teachers’ professional development from five aspects: first,strengthen learning and improve the cognition and ability of inclusive private kindergarten teachers’ professional development;second,optimize conditions Support,expand aid channels;third,improve institutional support,support teacher development;fourth,strengthen activity support,promote teacher development;fifth,increase emotional support,encourage teacher development. |
