| Educational sentiment is a policy requirement of teacher literacy in the new era.However,in reality,due to its implicit nature,educational sentiment has been ignored by various subjects,which seriously affects the development of teacher educational sentiment in educational practice.How to promote the effective development of teacher educational sentiment has become a difficult problem for scholars.As an objective existence,educational feelings are reflected in many excellent teachers and interpreted by different teachers in specific and personalized educational situations.Based on this,it has theoretical significance and practical value to study the generation path and cultivation strategy of educational feelings.The theory of caring education and the theory of affective phenomenology provide the theoretical basis for the educational feelings.The educational feelings are a kind of moral and emotional experience of teachers.From the perspective of necessity,the educational feelings of teachers include emotional involvement,teaching cognition,curriculum understanding and educational wisdom.Educational feelings have the characteristics of experience,care and practice.On the basis of the theoretical discussion,the author uses the interview method and the phenomenological method of education to carry out the research on the practice pattern and generation path of teachers’ educational feelings.Through the selection of typical stories of educationalist teachers and in-depth interviews with 16 famous teachers in Central China,the stories about the expression and generation path of education feelings are obtained,and phenomenological questions and reflections on the stories are found as follows: In the practice of educational life,the educational feelings present vivid and diverse practice patterns,namely,strong emotional input,reasonable teaching cognition,appropriate course understanding and ingenious education wisdom;Different teacher education feelings generated follow different paths in life education practice,from individual to experience feelings form,is passed to the feelings generated from experience,from the theory of cognitive to feelings generated,they mainly teachers respectively direct experience of individual life in education,the education of others feelings experience of feelings as well as to the education of perception theory growing point for their own education feelings,Step by step on this basis to achieve development.The three different generation paths of teacher education feelings are representative in the teacher group and can represent the development course of a certain kind of teacher education feelings.The generation path of educational feelings can boost the cultivation of teachers’ educational feelings and quickly solve the problems of the development of teachers’ educational feelings.This study believes that self-cultivation,external help and atmosphere creation should be started.In the aspect of self-cultivation strategies,teachers should immerse themselves in the experience of educational life and call for the conscious growth of educational feelings;Actively seek the truth of education,enhance the driving force of teachers’ education feelings development;Attach importance to the education of important people around,and realize development in value clarification;To establish a "I-you" relationship with education,and lead to consciously improve the feelings of education.In the aspect of external force boosting strategy,policy should be taken the lead,and the development incentive policy of teachers’ educational feelings should be formulated.Curriculum as the guide,the development of normal university students education feelings course;Training follow-up,actively held post-service teacher education feelings training activities;Based on the system,improve the evaluation system of teacher education feelings.In terms of atmosphere building strategies,teachers’ status should be appropriately improved to form a social atmosphere of respecting teachers and valuing education.Promote the construction of campus culture and create a harmonious atmosphere for growth;Pay attention to the old and new members of the educational feelings of "mentoring",create a good school heritage atmosphere. |
