A Study On The Cultivation Of College Students’ Spirit Of Responsibility

Youth is the future of the motherland and the hope of the nation.The 20th Party Congress drew up a grand blueprint for us to build a strong socialist modernized country in all aspects.As the backbone of the new generation of young people,it is crucial for them to shoulder the heavy responsibility of national rejuvenation and people’s happiness.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of college students’ spirit of taking charge,make them take up the heavy responsibility of history,be willing to take charge,dare to take charge,be good at taking charge and practice taking charge in the great cause of rejuvenation,and under the leadership of Xi Jinping thoughts of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,they will shed their youth and achieve the future in the journey of national rejuvenation.On the basis of collecting and analyzing previous research results,this study is divided into four chapters,except for the introduction,to explore the cultivation of college students’ taking charge spirit,to outline and analyze what college students take charge,why they take charge,the current situation,problems and reasons,how to take charge,and to take the direction of "for whom to take charge",which reflects the ideological and political education The second chapter is the content of taking charge spirit.First of all,the second chapter takes the theoretical overview of the spirit of taking charge as the starting point,and on the basis of clarifying the theoretical origin of the spirit of taking charge from multiple angles,it elaborates the specific contents of the spirit of taking charge that contemporary college students should have from four aspects.That is: the political responsibility to firmly believe in ideals,the dedication to stand firmly on the people’s position,the responsibility to develop excellent skills,and the practical responsibility to devote to the great cause of a strong country.Secondly,the third chapter discusses the importance of cultivating the spirit of taking charge from three levels:college students’ personal,college education and national development.Then,in the fourth chapter,the current situation is analyzed through questionnaire survey,daily observation and available data,and the problems and reasons of the taking charge spirit of college students are concluded.Finally,based on the analysis of the previous chapters,the fifth chapter of the thesis will propose the paths to improve the cultivation of the spirit of responsibility among college students.These paths are: optimizing the environment and creating a good social atmosphere;playing the role of ideological and political education;establishing a family-school-society cooperation mechanism;and strengthening the cultivation of responsibility consciousness and ability for college students.
