Research On The Basic Experience And Improvement Path Of Ideological And Political Education Universities In The New Era

General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized in the report of The 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China that "the whole Party should take youth work as strategic work and arm the youth with the Party’s scientific theories." Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party and the State have attached great importance to the ideological and political education work in colleges and universities.Since the opening of a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the ideological and political education work in China’s colleges and universities has undergone a series of evolutions with the changes of the times.At the same time,the growth of young Chinese college students has different characteristics from the past,and the ideological and political education work in China’s colleges and universities is facing new challenges.Facing the new situation in the new era,how to improve the quality of ideological and political education in colleges and universities and cultivate qualified socialist successors has become a problem focused on the research of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.This study draws on the specific practice and series of achievements of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era,adopts inductive and comprehensive methods,systematic analysis methods and empirical research methods to clarify the basic connotation of ideological and political education in China’s colleges and universities in the new era,conducts systematic research on its theoretical foundation and realistic needs and development status,summarizes the basic experience of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era on this basis and proposes its improvement path.Firstly,it clarifies the concept of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era and elaborates its theoretical basis and realistic needs.which is the logical starting point of this paper.The ideological and political education theories of classical writers of Marxism,the important discourses of the main leaders of the Communist Party of China on the ideological and political education of youth and the ideological and political education resources in the excellent Chinese traditional culture have laid a profound theoretical foundation for the ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era.At the same time,it also faces new realistic needs to meet the requirements of the times of new characteristics of college students’ development,to implement the fundamental task of establishing moral education and to forge the ability of college students to adapt to the new situation and new tasks.Secondly,through the latest data,relevant academic literature and survey results,we systematically analyze the current situation of college ideological and political education in the new era,sort out the existing development achievements,discover the problems of college ideological and political education in the new era in terms of student learning,curriculum thinking and government,collaborative education and educational evaluation,and analyze the reasons.Again,on the basis of sorting out and summarizing the achievements,problems and causes of the development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era,the basic experiences are extracted,which insist on the comprehensive leadership of the Party,having a solid nurturing team,insisting on student-oriented,insisting on the fundamental task of establishing moral education,and always insisting on the basic requirements of reform and innovation.Finally,this study investigates the existing problems of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era and explores the improvement path of its at present by insisting on the correct political direction and advancing the main theme of the times,strengthening the top-level design and improving the policy guarantee mechanism,building a high-quality professional cultivation team and constructing a new cooperative cultivation pattern,promoting the construction of curriculum reform and improving the quality of teaching work,insisting on problem-oriented and implementing the main position of students,etc.The conference also put forward some suggestions and thoughts on optimizing and developing ideological and political education in the new era from five aspects,such as insisting on problem-oriented and implementing the main position of students.
