The number,quality and stability of preschool teachers are related to the quality of preschool education,and the turnover tendency is an important indicator to predict employee turnover.Kindergarten is an important working environment for preschool teachers,but also an important educational resource for children’s physical and mental development.Preschool teachers’ high level of cultural identity of the kindergarten can effectively give play to the value of the kindergarten culture and enhance the cohesion of all members of the kindergarten.Cultural identity and self-efficacy will affect the working status and work stability of preschool teachers.Therefore,this paper is of great significance to explore the relationship among "cultural identity-self-efficacy-turnover tendency" among preschool teachers to build an efficient and stable team of preschool teachers.Based on the research results of domestic and foreign turnover tendency,cultural identity and self-efficacy,this paper puts forward three hypotheses of the relationship between preschool teachers’ turnover tendency,cultural identity and self-efficacy.Taking 461 preschool teachers in Guangdong province as the research subjects,we selected the turnover tendency scale,kindergarten cultural identity scale and self-efficacy scale,analyzed the differences of turnover tendency,kindergarten cultural identity and self-efficacy in demographic variables,and on this basis,we further discussed the relationship between the three variables.The main conclusions are summarized as follows:First,the resignation tendency of preschool teachers is at the lower middle level,the cultural identity and cognitive dimensions,emotional dimensions of kindergarten teachers are at a high level,and the self-efficacy of preschool teachers is at the upper middle level.Second,there are significant differences in tendency of preschool teachers in teaching age and professional title,professional title and preschool teachers’ self-efficacy in gender,age,marriage,teaching age,region and professional title.Third,the cultural identity and the turnover tendency showed a significant negative correlation,the self-efficacy showed a negative correlation with the turnover tendency,and the cultural identity and the self-efficacy showed a significant positive correlation.Fourth,the cultural identity can make significant negative prediction of turnover tendency,self-efficacy can make significant negative prediction of turnover tendency,and the cultural identity can make significant positive prediction of self-efficacy.Fifth,self-efficacy plays a partial intermediary role between the resignation tendency of preschool teachers and the cultural identity of the kindergarten,and the intermediary effect accounts for 11.85% of the total effect ratio.According to the research conclusion,through the interview,further understand the preschool teachers departure tendency and garden cultural identity,self-efficacy,combined with the interview content,under the guidance of related theory,in the garden culture identity,self-efficacy,departure tendency put forward corresponding Suggestions,for the high quality development of preschool education career provide strong teachers guarantee.
