Research On The Development Course And Basic Experience Of Wushu Education In Regular Universities In Anhui Province(1978-2018)

Abstract/Summary:
Ordinary universities are important places for the inheritance of martial arts culture.In recent years,there has been a serious loss of martial arts culture in various regions of Anhui Province,which is closely related to the difficulty in integrating ordinary universities with martial arts education.At present,there are abundant research results on the development history of local martial arts in Anhui Province,which are of great reference significance.However,there is relatively little research directly related to martial arts education and martial arts education in ordinary universities,and there are even fewer studies that can be compared to summarizing the process and experience.Based on this,this article selects the development process and basic experience of martial arts education in ordinary universities in Anhui Province from 1978 to2018 as the research object.By using the methods of literature review,historical research,field research and expert interview method,we can grasp the general situation of Wushu education in colleges and universities in Anhui Province in the past 40 years.This study believes that it has a certain relationship with the development background ofChinese school physical education.This serves as the key basis for a phased perspective,The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The development process of martial arts education in ordinary universities in Anhui Province(1978-1987)has gone through a recovery period.Physical education has gone through a decade of turmoil,and from the beginning of reform and opening up,the rise of martial arts schools and the establishment of university martial arts associations have laid a solid foundation for the subsequent development of martial arts education.The awakening of people with lofty ideals has led the step in the initial exploration of martial arts education in colleges and universities in Anhui Province;(2)The development process of martial arts education in ordinary universities in Anhui Province(1988-1997)has gone through a difficult period.There is a certain degree of contradiction between the advanced policies of physical education and the lagging professional literacy of teachers.In martial arts teaching,biased theories such as curriculum centered view,knowledge centered view,and result oriented view are prevalent,and teachers’ professional literacy is low,which cannot meet the needs of pursuing higher level martial arts teaching policies.The development of martial arts education is facing difficulties;(3)The development process of martial arts education in ordinary universities in Anhui Province(1998-2007)has gone through abreakthrough period.The repositioning of physical education in education.Curriculum reform is the key,and the promulgation of the "National Guidelines for Physical Education Curriculum Teaching in Ordinary Higher Education Institutions" has led to positive responses from many ordinary universities in Anhui,triggering a peak of "curriculum reform" within the province.Martial arts teaching has taken on a new look,and students’ enthusiasm for practicing martial arts has greatly improved.However,the connection between the cultivation of martial arts professionals and the curriculum reform in universities is not yet close;(4)The development process of martial arts education in ordinary universities in Anhui Province(2008-2018)has gone through a transitional period.The comprehensive promotion of physical education in higher education.The relatively advanced "club system" has swept through ordinary universities in Anhui Province.The promotion of martial arts clubs provides a high-quality platform for teachers and students.Lifelong physical education,quality education,and the cultivation of comprehensive "composite" talents have brought new opportunities to wushu education.However,the martial arts club system and rank system are still in their early stages,and the overall popularity rate is relatively low.Extract basic experience from the main issues in the development process:1)At the teaching and research level,martial arts education needsto gradually and reasonably loosen the rank system,and combine academic research with current political hotspots.2)Curriculum level:Adhere to the curriculum design guidelines of "people-oriented",moderate decentralization,and flexible prioritization.3)At the teacher level: a two-step strategy for introducing teaching talents,with resources prioritized for specialized and high-quality talent cultivation.4)Realistic level: Starting from reality and combining with China’s economic,cultural,and social backgrounds,this paper presents a dialectical reflection on the differentiation between the ideal and reality of martial arts education in ordinary universities in Anhui Province.Based on the summary of basic experience,the following measures are proposed:1)indirectly promote martial arts education through the influence of the competition.2)Ordinary universities are based on their unique characteristics,exploring historical and cultural heritage,and combining it with martial arts education.3)Enrich course content,investigate interest in martial arts,and stimulate students’ curiosity.4)Continuously reform the martial arts club system and rank system,drawing on successful experiences from other regions.
