A Strategic Study On Rural Revitalization Of Higher Continuing Education Services

China is an agricultural country.From 1982 to 2023,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has issued the No.1 Central Document on "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" for many consecutive years.At the same time,as higher education enters the popularization stage,the task of diploma compensation of higher continuing education has been basically completed.Standing at the crossroads of history,high-quality transformation and development has become its development task in the new era.Education revitalization is a favorable measure to promote the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.Serving rural areas is an important aspect of the transformation and development of higher continuing education.There is a close connection between higher continuing education and rural revitalization.Based on this,the relationship between the two and related practices are deeply discussed to provide reference for promoting rural revitalization and higher continuing education reform.This paper is divided into five parts:Chapter One,introduction.Based on the background of higher continuing education transformation and rural revitalization era,this part clarifies the research purpose,significance and current situation,and sorts out relevant ideas and methods.Chapter two,the core concept,theoretical basis,necessity and feasibility.This part combs and analyzes related core concepts,and finally gives a prescriptive definition of rural revitalization of higher continuing education services.Lifelong learning theory,ability poverty theory and system theory are analyzed to help fully grasp the connotation of the main body of research and further study.Finally,this paper expounds the necessity of higher continuing education serving rural revitalization from three aspects: national policy guidance,development logic of higher continuing education and practical needs of rural revitalization,and demonstrates the feasibility of higher continuing education serving rural revitalization from three perspectives: education policy,education resources and learning society.The third chapter,the higher continuing education service rural revitalization status analysis and model summary.By collecting and sorting out a large number of cases,based on the service characteristics of higher continuing education and the theory of rural revitalization,this part analyzes the service status of higher continuing education for rural industry revitalization,talent revitalization,cultural revitalization,ecological revitalization and organizational revitalization,and further summarizes the service mode of higher continuing education for rural revitalization.The fourth chapter,the higher continuing education service rural revitalization problems and reasons analysis.Through analysis,this part finds that the service initiative of higher continuing education services in rural revitalization needs to be stimulated,the service system needs to be fully standardized,and the degree of spatial integration needs to be deepened,and further analyzes the reasons from the aspects of government,rural and higher continuing education.The fifth chapter,the higher continuing education service rural revitalization strategy research.Based on the analysis of the existing problems and causes of rural revitalization in higher continuing education service,this part proposes further optimization strategies:continue to improve the top-level design of higher continuing education service in rural revitalization,strengthen the main responsibility of higher continuing education service in rural revitalization,and promote the social practice of higher continuing education service in rural revitalization.At the same time,in light of rural needs,we will fully and accurately connect supply and demand in the five aspects of industry,talent,culture,ecology and organization,realize efficient use of resources and high-quality supply,and make every effort to promote national rural revitalization.
