| The rural revitalization strategy was first proposed in the report to the 19 th CPC National Congress.In the process of rural revitalization,it is an important measure to implement the rural revitalization strategy to stimulate,cultivate and invigorate rural human resources through rural education to enhance the vitality of rural development.Rural revitalization is inseparable from the revitalization of rural education,rural primary education as the most basic and key part of rural education,its important role is self-evident.B city in Shaanxi Province is a city in western China.In recent years,due to the widening gap between urban and rural development,the imbalance of urban and rural education development in B city has become increasingly prominent,especially in rural primary education.The research on the development of rural primary education in B city is helpful to provide empirical experience for the revitalization of rural education in B city,which has certain reference value.Based on the eight villages and towns of 44 B,shaanxi province,the rural primary schools take according to the area of the stratified sampling questionnaire survey and interviews in the form of B,understanding,the present situation of the rural elementary education development,through on-the-spot investigation and the interview that B,at present,in the development of rural primary school education major barriers include:economic barriers,obstacles infrastructure,decision-making,institutional obstacles four aspects.In this paper,rural primary education is studied as a public product from the perspective of public service,from the perspective of government functions,combined with relevant theories,from the perspective of administrative management to analyze and solve the practical problems in the development of rural primary education in B City.Through research,relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the practical problems in the development of rural primary school education in B city,including: strengthening the implementation of government functions and improving the administrative efficiency of the government;Strengthen government supervision and investment of special education funds;Establish and perfect government decision-making mechanism,scientifically plan school development;We will improve the teacher management system and narrow the education gap between urban and rural areas.With the rural revitalization strategy as the background,the realistic problems in the development of rural primary education in B city are analyzed and studied from different subjects,different angles and different perspectives,which is helpful to solve the realistic problems in the development of rural primary education in B City.At the same time,it will also help improve the quality of education in the rural primary schools in B City,narrow the gap between urban and rural education,and help the revitalization of rural education,so as to realize the revitalization of rural areas and the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. |
