As an important part of biology,biology experiments play a very important role in the learning of biology,and the same is true for the study of biology in high school.However,in the actual teaching process of high school biology,it is difficult for the traditional high school biology experimental course to be successfully carried out due to subjective and objective factors such as less school class time arrangement,insufficient teaching funds,outdated teaching concepts of some front-line teachers,single teaching mode,and long cycle of some experiments.To a certain extent,this affects students’ enthusiasm for biology learning and the teaching effect of the classroom,and also restricts the cultivation of students’ core literacy in biology to a certain extent.However,with the continuous development of science and technology,it has become possible to borrow advanced science and technology to assist high school biology teaching,and virtual simulation technology has great advantages in assisting experiments and is favored by researchers.Virtual simulation technology is through the technology of computer simulation experiments,because of its own simplicity,economy,flexibility,safety and other advantages,can effectively solve many problems in traditional experiments,can well assist the experimental teaching of high school biology,and even in some remote schools and areas lacking experimental conditions,virtual simulation technology can replace traditional experimental teaching to a certain extent.By analyzing the main problems in high school biology experimental teaching,this paper extracts the advantages of virtual simulation technology to assist high school biology experimental teaching.In view of its development trend,schools,teachers,students and other aspects,the literature analysis method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,etc.are used to further explore the feasibility of the application of NOBOOK-based virtual simulation technology in high school biology experiment teaching,and understand the development progress,application status and corresponding limitations of virtual simulation experiment.Then,the mode of virtual simulation technology based on NOBOOK to assist the teaching design of high school biology experiment is actively explored,and the design of virtual simulation technology based on NOBOOK to assist high school biology experiment teaching is studied by taking "Exploring the Breathing Mode of Yeast" and "DNA is the Main Genetic Material" as examples,which provides a certain reference case for virtual simulation technology to assist high school biology experiment teaching.Through the analysis of the teaching case test results of the control class and the experimental class and the questionnaire survey analysis of the experimental class after the end of the educational practice,the effectiveness of the application of NOBOOK-based virtual simulation technology in high school biology experimental teaching was further verified,and the obstacles and exposed problems encountered in the teaching process of NOBOOKbased virtual simulation experiments were also found.
