| In recent years,China’s Ministry of Education has issued a series of policy measures and strategic deployment to improve teacher’s information literacy to meet the development requirements of educational informatization.But the development of a new generation of information technology has also brought a lot of negative effects on the learning life and physical and mental health of primary school students.It is very important for primary school head teachers to educate and guide students to adapt to the current highly developed information society through their information literacy,which is the core and fundamental requirement of primary school students’ moral education under the background of educational informationization in the new era.This study focuses on the present situation and improvement of information literacy of primary school head teachers.Through the combing and interpretation of relevant research literature at china and foreign countries,the evaluation index system of information literacy of primary school head teachers is constructed,and the questionnaire survey was conducted on 251 primary school head teachers in District A of Jiangmen City.The results show that the overall level of information literacy of primary school head teachers in this area is better.However,with the increase of age and teaching age,the information literacy level of head teachers shows a decreasing trend;there is no significant difference in the information literacy level of head teachers between urban and township schools,but there will be significant differences between gender,liberal arts and sciences;the education background has no significant effect on the information literacy level of the head teachers,and the head teachers with the title of primary school grade two performs better than other titles.In this study,according to the questionnaire survey and the interview survey of 10 primary school head teachers,it is found that the information literacy of primary school head teachers in this area has the following problems: the lack of integration between the practical work of the head teacher and the informationization of education management leads to the lack of attention to the latest information technology;the school information environment has become increasingly perfection,but the head teacher tends to use the traditional way to complete the class situation management and student behavior management;the head teachers is short of the consciousness of actively using information technology,which directly affects the application and innovation of information literacy,autonomous learning and information literacy development;the information literacy of the head teachers lacks an effective evaluation index system and professional information technology integration training.These problems have led to the lack of effective improvement in the information literacy level of primary school head teachers.After that,this study attempts to find out five factors that affect the development of information literacy of primary school head teachers.Including: the willingness of information behavior is the core element,which is the main internal driving force for the effective improvement of information literacy;information processing ability as the basic element will affect the head teachers ability to accept,apply and innovate information technology;the information environment support is the condition factor,and the information environment created by the school is the condition support for the development of the information literacy of the head teachers;the development of information technology is the objective factor,which promotes the level of information literacy of head teachers to meet the requirements of social informatization;the national policy orientation is the development factor,which clarifies the development direction of the head teachers information literacy.Through the analysis of these influencing factors,it can provide practical suggestions for the follow-up promotion strategy.Finally,in view of the present situation,existing problems and influencing factors of information literacy of primary school head teachers in this study,four driving paths to improve the information literacy of primary school head teachers are explored: policydriven,accelerate the formulation of information literacy policy standards for head teachers at the regional scope;technology-driven,strengthen the investment of information technology facilities and build the regional information service integration platform;behavior-driven,strengthen the practical application of information awareness and information behavior in the work of head teachers;service-driven,strengthen information technology services and professional training at the regional and school levels. |
