Youth is the future of the country and the hope of the nation.Its health promotion work is an important guarantee to ensure that young people can grow up smoothly into the backbone of society in the future.Relevant research shows that the physical health of adolescents in China is in a downward trend.In view of this problem,the state has issued various policies in recent years to ensure the physical exercise status of adolescents.As an important part of the youth group,junior high school students have a profound significance to pay attention to their physical training.Strengthening physical exercise can strengthen the students’ physique,at the same time,it can also reduce the negative emotions of teenagers,improve their emotional regulation ability,and let teenagers enjoy fun in sports,strengthen their physique,improve their personality,and temper their will.This study selected five junior middle schools in Puyang City,Henan Province as the subjects of investigation through questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and other research methods,distributed 800 questionnaires,and eliminated invalid questionnaires,with a total of 767 valid questionnaires.After data conversion and analysis of the questionnaire,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The physical exercise behavior of junior high school students is at the middle level as a whole,and the amount of physical exercise of junior high school students is at the middle level.There is a significant difference between physical exercise behavior and its three dimensions in the variable of grade(P<0.001),and the third grade is higher than the first grade and the second grade.(2)The overall and three dimensions of emotion regulation self-efficacy of junior high school students are at the upper middle level.There is a significant difference in the gender of emotion regulation self-efficacy(P<0.001),and boys are higher than girls;There was a significant difference in gender in self-efficacy of expressing positive emotions(P<0.05),and boys were higher than girls;There were significant differences in emotion regulation self-efficacy between the place of origin and the only child(P<0.001),and the only child was higher than the non-only child;There was a significant difference in self-efficacy of expressing positive emotions in terms of student origin(P<0.05),and the only child was higher than the non-only child;There was a significant difference in self-efficacy of expressing positive emotions in whether the only child was the only child(P<0.001),and the only child was higher than the non-only child;There were significant differences in the sense of self-efficacy of managing negative emotions in the place of origin and whether the only child was born or not(P<0.001),and the only child was higher than the non-only child.(3)The negative emotion of junior high school students is at the middle to high level,and there is a significant difference in gender(P<0.05),and girls are higher than boys.(4)There is a significant positive correlation between junior high school students’ physical exercise behavior and emotional regulation self-efficacy(P<0.001),that is,junior high school students’ emotional regulation self-efficacy increases with the increase of physical exercise behavior;There is a significant negative correlation between physical exercise behavior and negative emotion of junior high school students(P<0.001),that is,the negative emotion of junior high school students decreases with the increase of physical exercise behavior;The emotion regulation self-efficacy of junior high school students is negatively correlated with negative emotion(P<0.001),that is,the negative emotion of junior high school students decreases with the increase of emotion regulation self-efficacy.(5)Physical exercise behavior of junior high school students can significantly predict negative emotions in reverse;Physical exercise behavior of junior high school students has a positive predictive effect on emotional regulation self-efficacy;Emotional regulation self-efficacy can significantly predict negative emotions.(6)The emotion regulation self-efficacy of junior high school students plays a partial intermediary role between physical exercise behavior and negative emotion.According to the conclusion,this study puts forward corresponding suggestions to reduce the negative emotions of junior high school students,improve their self-efficacy of emotional regulation,and enhance their physical exercise behavior:(1)Implement the national policy and open the full range of physical education classes(2)Community,school and family work together to improve students’ sense of emotional regulation self-efficacy(3)Pay attention to the mental health of junior high school students and reasonably reduce negative emotions...
