| Education,as an important plan of the country,has always been related to the future development and hope of the country,and educational equity is the focus of national policy and social attention.As the institutional proof of an individual’s educational level,academic degree not only affects an individual’s current career choice,but also has a long-term impact on his future career,among which “the first academic degree” has become a widespread phenomenon in the current social scope.The phenomenon of “first degree” not only makes individuals wander and fear whether they can change their fate by pursuing higher degree education,but also goes against the promotion and realization of educational equity,which is undoubtedly worth our reflection and research.Based on the theoretical perspective of social construction,this study placed the concept of “first degree” in the overall social environment composed of multiple subjects such as schools,enterprises,individuals and mass media,investigated the relationship between the concept and various subjects,and tried to summarize the roles played by each subject in the concept construction of “first degree”.Finally abstract the real generation mechanism of the“first degree”.The main content of this paper is divided into five parts.The first part,through a diachronic review,focuses on the analysis of how the change of higher education system in the social environment affects the stratification of academic credentials,so as to provide the institutional basis or legitimacy for the generation of “first academic credentials” objectively.The second part focuses on the analysis of how the market environment will put the “first degree”into real production in the process of employment and recruitment,especially through the choice preference orientation of the job market for talents in different periods to show the constructiveness and dynamics of “first degree”;The third part explains the dispersion of “the first degree” from the market field to the social scope from the perspective of mass media.The fourth part,starting from the micro level,examines the details of the impact of “the first degree”on individual life and the degree of individual recognition of this concept,and focuses on revealing how to realize reproduction through individuals,so as to complete its dynamic cycle within the social scope.Finally,in the conclusion and discussion part,the paper abstractedly summarizes the generation path diagram of “first degree”,and concludes that “first degree” is jointly constructed by the multiple influences of institutional environment,job market,mass media environment and individuals themselves.Institutional environment is the basis for the generation of the concept of “first degree”,and the job market actually produces “first degree”in talent selection.The mass media promotes the accelerated spread of this concept in the social scope,and the members of the society realize the active reproduction of the concept in the process of passively accepting and internalizing the cognition of “first degree”,and finally try to analyze and discuss the solutions to a series of problems caused by “first degree”. |
