college normal students in the new era and building a team that can actively devote themselves to the cause of education can we run education to the satisfaction of the people,lay a solid foundation for building a socialist modern country in an all-round way and achieving the second centenary goal.The key to achieving this glorious task is to strengthen the cultivation of professional ideals of college normal students in the new era.This study is guided by Marxist materialist dialectics,adheres to the combination of theoretical research and practical investigation,and on the basis of extensive collection and research of literature and materials,from the disciplinary perspective of ideological and political education,closely follows the practical problem of cultivating vocational ideals of normal college students,Try to solve the problem of "what is the professional ideal of normal college students in the new era,why should we cultivate the professional ideal of normal college students,and how to cultivate the professional ideal of normal college students".Focusing on the above issues,this paper adheres to the combination of theory and demonstration,and establishes the research idea of "clarifying the concept composition-clarifying the target positioning-investigating the reality-proposing cultivation strategies".According to the above ideas,the logical structure of this paper mainly includes four chapters.The first chapter explains the connotation,mainly answering the question of "what is the concept of vocational ideal cultivation of normal college students in the new era".This part focuses on clarifying and defining the basic concepts that need to be paid attention to and solved in the research.First,it is clear that the relevant concepts of the vocational ideal of normal college students are based on the conceptual analysis.Secondly,It is clear that the vocational ideal of normal college students is to take long-term teaching,lifelong teaching,and grow into "four haves" good teachers and "big teachers" as their pursuit and goal.Thirdly,summarizing the value implication of cultivating the professional ideal of normal college students is not only conducive to promoting the all-round development of human beings,conducive to improving the professional quality of students,but also conducive to cultivating the national teacher team.The second chapter is about goal construction,which mainly answers the question of "what is the goal orientation of normal college students’ career ideal in the new era".This part focuses on the target orientation of the vocational ideal cultivation of normal college students in the new era.First,clarify the logic of establishing the goal of cultivating vocational ideals for normal college students in the new era,deepen the theoretical logic of understanding laws,respond to the historical logic of respecting teachers and valuing education,and care about the practical logic of realistic considers the influencing factors of the vocational ideal of normal college students in the new era,and focuses on solving the practical problems of the vocational ideal of normal college students in the new era,and forms a stable and effective practice system through the cooperation with multiple subjects,so as to effectively enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of the cultivation of vocational ideal of normal college students in the new era.First,at the national level,we should improve the top-level system design,improve the national support and evaluation mechanism,improve the
