Historical speculative is one of the necessary thinking qualities for teachers and students,that is,through thinking about and analyzing history,they gradually form their own historical cognition and historical judgment,and on this basis,cultivate students’ historical discipline literacy.However,according to the level of thinking development of Chinese middle school students from the junior middle school stage to the senior high school stage,the cultivation of historical speculative needs training to gradually transform from the "consciousness stage" to the "ability stage",from simple to complex,from perceptual to rational.Therefore,this study believes that teachers should initially cultivate students’ "historical speculative consciousness" in the junior middle school stage,and systematically cultivate students’ "historical speculative ability" in the senior middle school stage,and gradually cultivate students’ historical thinking,promote the cohesion and integrity of students’ thinking development.The cultivation of historical speculative consciousness,guided by the value of historical materialism,based on the theory of cognitive stratification,and guided by constructivism,is the basic requirement for the implementation of the core quality of the history discipline.It is the inevitable trend of the sustainable development of junior high school students and lays the foundation for the cultivation of senior high school students’ historical speculative ability.Through investigation,it is found that the cultivation of historical speculative consciousness in current teaching practice has the following problems: students’ problem consciousness is weak;The classroom lacks the speculative atmosphere;Lack of innovation in resource utilization;The form of teaching evaluation is single.Therefore,the strategy of cultivating the historical speculative consciousness in junior middle school can be implemented from the following aspects: creating historical problem situations to stimulate students’ questioning consciousness;change teachers’ teaching methods and lead students to think deeply;strengthen the use of curriculum resources and expand students’ thinking space;enrich the teaching evaluation system and consolidate historical speculative consciousness.This paper takes the third lesson,Ancient Legends,Volume 1,Grade 7of the partly edited edition of Chinese History as an example,and applies the training strategy to history teaching.It finds problems in practice,reflects on the results,and then puts forward suggestions to cultivate historical speculative consciousness: take "questioning-solving-thinking-integration" as the thinking path,through the process of finding and analyzing problems,effectively solve problems,and deeply integrate with core literacy,cultivate historical speculative consciousness.
