| In the environment of information technology,the STEAM education concept,which integrates science,technology,engineering,art and mathematics courses,is a research hotspot in the field of education at home and abroad in recent years.It is in line with the requirements of the new round of curriculum reform to set up comprehensive courses and reflect the comprehensiveness of curriculum structure.The unit teaching of organic integration of the teaching content of a chapter or a unit pays attention to the internal connection between each knowledge point and the integrity of knowledge,which is in line with the educational concept of curriculum integration.This paper combines STEAM education concept with unit teaching,constructs a high school mathematics unit teaching design based on STEAM education concept,and applies it to teaching practice in combination with the actual situation,so as to provide a new path for front-line mathematics teachers to carry out STEAM education more effectively.Firstly,this paper combs and analyzes the literature of STEAM education concepts and unit teaching.According to the steps of unit teaching design and the teaching mode under STEAM education concept,the general high school mathematics unit teaching process based on STEAM education concept is designed.Secondly,through the questionnaire survey of students and the interview survey of teachers,the understanding of teachers and students on STEAM education and the teaching status of STEAM education are understood.And the following conclusions are drawn:although students know little about STEAM education,most students already have STEAM literacy and have a certain foundation;teachers have a high degree of recognition of STEAM education and believe that STEAM education is suitable for high school mathematics courses.Thirdly,through the above investigation and analysis,the teaching design process of trigonometric function unit based on STEAM education concept is constructed,and the specific teaching activities are designed for the two topics of “ the concept of trigonometric function ” and “ the application of trigonometric function ”.Finally,the teaching experiment is carried out on two parallel classes in the internship school,and then the results of the experimental class and the control class are compared and analyzed.The results show that the unit teaching classroom based on the STEAM education concept has a significant improvement effect on students ’ learning.Combined with the students ’ classroom performance and teaching evaluation,the overall analysis of the teaching effect is carried out,and the following conclusions are obtained : based on the STEAM education concept,the multidisciplinary knowledge is integrated into the high school mathematics unit teaching,and the integrity of knowledge is emphasized in the teaching,so that the students ’ knowledge is more coherent,so as to improve the students ’mathematics literacy and promote the development of students ’ comprehensive quality. |
