In the current process of comprehensively building a modern socialist country,High-quality development of education is of great significance,The development of education is closely related to the national quality level,It also determines the quality and future development direction of high-end talents in China,Talent cultivation is inseparable from teaching,Teachers,as the organizers of teaching activities,The professional situation of teachers plays a decisive role in teaching quality,And the teaching thinking is the deep reason behind all the educational and teaching behaviors of teachers,High-level teaching thinking is the core competitiveness of teachers’ development,The research of teaching thinking has gradually been concerned by more and more scholars,Researchers keep getting closer to teaching thinking,Trying to uncover the mystery of this teacher’s psychological activities hidden in the heart.On the basis of previous research,this study tries to clarify and define the ontological theory of teaching thinking,and has a more in-depth understanding of teaching thinking combined with individual cases.The specific research questions focus on:what are the characteristics of the teaching thinking of primary school Chinese teachers? And what is the structure of the teaching thinking of primary school Chinese famous teachers? In view of the research problem,this paper stands on the existing research on the basis of the ontology,the teaching thinking to define the concept of teaching thinking and clarify the elements of teaching thinking,teaching thinking elements according to the teaching process of thinking,teaching objective thinking,teaching content,teaching evaluation and reflection thinking,the dimension for the research tools(including classroom observation scale and interview outline)design and subsequent data analysis provides the basis,but also through the literature review defines the concept of primary school Chinese teacher.Next,is the research design part of this paper,given the teaching of implicit and silent thinking,this paper determines the qualitative research orientation,choose Dai Jianrong teacher as a prestige case,to Dai Jianrong teacher "three thoroughway" lesson study,through observation method,interview method of Dai Jianrong teacher teaching thinking research and analysis,finally to the following research conclusion.The teaching thinking of primary school Chinese teachers presents the following forms: teaching goal thinking focusing on core literacy,teaching content thinking paying attention to life experience,teaching subject thinking emphasizing student orientation and teaching evaluation thinking pointing to the development of teachers and students.Primary school Chinese teacher teaching thinking present to the teacher as the main body,the structure of the teaching process as the object,only in the teachers subject active construction and the teaching process of scene stimulation,teaching thinking can produce,and teaching activities in teaching objectives,teaching content,students,teaching evaluation four link is closely related to each other,elementary school Chinese teacher teaching thinking overall structure and presents a dynamic flexible and relatively stable unity,environment stimulation and active construction collaboration,thinking system and thinking elements,the characteristics of thinking and thinking adjustment.
