| Health Preserving is a phase with Chinese local characteristics,and sports health preserving,as a part of health preserving,is rooted in the theoretical basis of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and it is one of the important contents of Chinese medicine cultural revival in the new era.Yoga,which was originated in history of India,is culturally consistent with traditional Chinese medicine,especially as a fitness exercise that seeks to “integrate the body and the mind”.But after the transformation of western culture,yoga continues to alienation into a western fashion fitness exercise,the above process is called yoga’s“modernization”,however,as a fitness sport originated from the oriental civilization,its modernization process has not been involved in the oriental culture.In addition,in the current situation of the gradual spread of various chronic diseases,western fitness has been unable to meet the needs of various groups of people today,yoga exercise is also the case,the above three points have become the internal motive forces of the creation of this study.Against this background,this study,based on the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the journal of Huangdi Neijing,conducted a creative research on Yoga to give it a meaning of health preserving and responded positively to the need of“National fitness”.With the ending of creating a “universal” value of Yoga practices,enriching Yoga’s health significance,and spreading the traditional Chinese health culture.First of all,this study used the literature analysis method,logical analysis method to collect of Chinese health and foreign sports health information,compare the differences between Chinese and western health culture,as well as the eastern and western sports health key points,summed up the definition and characteristics of sports health practices,to laid the theoretical bases of this compilation,and through field surveys,the present situation of the arrangement of yoga courses and the existing problems formed the practical foundations of the creation of this exercise method.Secondly,“Qi monism”“Yin-yang”“Five elements”“Zang-xiang”and“Meridian theory”are the theoretical basis for the compilation of this work methods.Third,this study puts forward the principle of integrity as the basic principles,makes the aesthetic and repetitive principles to be the unique characteristics,and the step-by-step will become the practice principle;Fourth,through the creation of the graphic,in the form of a group of pictures to explain the style and analysis,endow the theory of traditional Chinese medicine with the meaning of posters.In the end,based on the grounded theory of qualitative research,this study selected the method of in-depth interview to verify the results of the compilation,through the in-depth interviews with13 practitioners,this paper aims at the overall arrangement of Yoga exercises,the effect of practice and the factors that affect the experience of practice,etc.,in order to provide reference for the improvement of the creation.The results showed that the exercise has the significance of health preserving,and the intensity of the exercise can be mastered by the practitioner,the difficulty of practice mainly depends on the strength and flexibility of the practitioner.In addition,there are two ways to improve the creation of Yoga exercise,one is to use the way of group lessons to carry out exercises to get the social and emotional support between the practitioners,the second is using long-term accumulation of time to improve the practitioners’ own body awareness,improve their own flexibility and strength quality. |
