In order to ensure the physical health condition of female teachers in the older pre-college,to slow down the decline of balance,flexibility,and symmetry of movements induced by the decline of professional women’s ageing physical fitness,to actively and strongly promote the awareness and acceptance of yoga in the field of daily fitness,to ensure that female teachers in the older pre-college are more effective This paper uses literature,experimental method,mathematical statistics and logical analysis to select 60 female teachers as the experimental subjects,and compare the functional body movement scores of female teachers before and after 12 weeks of yoga exercise,so as to further analyze the effects of yoga exercise on female teachers’ health.To further analyze the effect of yoga exercise on the physical functional movements of the female teachers in the pre-geriatric period.Specifically,the 60 teachers were randomly divided into equal numbers of experimental and control groups,with no intervention in the control group and 12 weeks of yoga exercise in the experimental group.The results showed that:1、The total functional movement screening scores of the control group decreased with a significant difference(T=6.77,p<0.01),as shown by the decrease in the scores of deep squat,hurdle step,linear lunge,shoulder flexibility and active straight leg raise(p<0.05);The total functional movement screening scores of the experimental group increased significantly compared with the pre exercise(T=-6.92,p<0.01),which showed a significant increase in the scores of hurdle step,trunk stabilization push-up,and rotation stability(p<0.01);In the pre-and post-experimental comparison between groups,before the experiment,there was no difference between the baseline levels of the experimental and control groups(T=-1.87,p>0.05);2、After the experiment,there was a significant increase in the total functional movement screening score in the experimental group compared to the control group(T=6.02,p<0.01);among them,there was a significant difference in the changes of deep squat,hurdle step,active straight leg raise,trunk stabilization push-up,and rotation stability scores(p<0.05).Conclusion:Yoga exercise has a significant effect on improving the functional body movement ability of pre-elderly women and helps to reduce the risk of sports injury in women’s daily exercise;Yoga exercise can correct poor body posture,improve faulty movement patterns,improve flexibility and suppleness of body joints and muscles,and have significant effects on enhancing muscle endurance and core stability.Suggestions:popularize Yoga exercise in the pre-geriatric female population,promote yoga in schools,and then improve the health level of sedentary people in the workplace.The yoga postures will be effectively refined according to different age groups and demand groups to provide specific practical guidance for the development of Yoga exercise for pre-geriatric women in China.
