Research On The Path Of Backup Talents In The Traditional School Of Downhill Volleyball

The training of volleyball reserve talents is related to the overall development and improvement of volleyball in China.In order to carry out General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important instructions on the construction of a strong sports country and the spirit of the National Education Congress,give full play to the leading role of party committees and governments,deepen the integration and development of sports and education with Chinese characteristics,promote the coordinated development of youth cultural study and physical exercise,and meet the requirements of socialist market economy and comprehensive deepening system reform in the new era,it is of great significance to increase the number and quality of volleyball reserve talents and develop volleyball.The original training mode of volleyball reserve talents has been unable to adapt to the new changes in the development of socialist market economy and the new requirements of deepening the system reform in an all-round way,which has caused the problems of shrinking the scale of reserve talents training,decreasing the quality,lacking competition and dispersing resources.On 27 April 2020,the "Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Physical Education and Education for the Healthy Development of Adolescents" was considered and adopted by the 13 th Session of the Central Committee for Comprehensive Reform.On September 22,the Information Office of the State Council held a press conference.Li Jianming,deputy director of the General Administration of Sports,Wang Liwei,director of the Youth Department of the General Administration of Sports,and Wang Dengfeng,director of the Department of Sports Health and Art Education of the Ministry of Education,introduced the policy on deepening the integration of physical education and promoting the healthy development of young people.In order to accelerate the reform of administrative management system,realize the transformation of government functions,reform and innovate the training of volleyball reserve talents,and realize the diversification of volleyball reserve talents,this paper studies and promotes 37 policies and measures in 8 aspects proposed in the opinions.Based on the traditional volleyball schools,this study adopts the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire,field investigation,mathematical statistics and logic analysis,and makes a comprehensive and in-depth study on the training mode of reserve talents in Taishan volleyball traditional school from the perspective of integration of physical education.Through the concrete analysis of the current training,the main problems are found,and the practice of training volleyball reserve talents in line with the social development of the new era is studied.The study concludes the following:First,the training of volleyball reserve talents in our country shows different characteristics according to the economic system and administrative management system in different historical periods.The overall trend is that the country has always been the leader in the training of volleyball reserve talents,and the source and main body of volleyball reserve talents have developed from multiple to single to pluralistic.With the development of socialist market economy and deepening reform,the training mode of volleyball reserve talents at present requires the establishment of volleyball reserve talents training channels in line with the characteristics of social development and the times.Second,from "the combination of physical education" to "the integration of physical education ",through the national physical education and education governance system,governance capacity modernization of the continuous improvement and development process.From the "combination of physical education" put forward by the establishment of high-level sports teams in schools to the "integration of physical education" aimed at the healthy development of young people,it fully demonstrates the advantages of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics in socialist system with Chinese characteristics in various undertakings such as sports,education and health,and also embodies the concept of cooperative governance in the fields of sports,education and health,which is "people-centered" in the new era.No matter in the past or now,as far as the whole country is concerned,the present situation of the traditional school volleyball in Taishan is still in the leading position.The main factors influencing the development of volleyball in Taishan Volleyball School at present are: insufficient number of matches,uneven coaching ability of coaches,lower local social identity,single source of funds and imperfect management system.According to the problems and using the SWOT analysis model to analyze the situation from the perspective of management,the following strategies are put forward: strengthen the construction of Taishan volleyball traditional school sports team,make full use of effective resources,improve the sports level of Taishan volleyball traditional school reserve talents;construct the youth competition system,speed up the integration mechanism of sports system and education system,enhance the ability of social organization,strengthen government-led,youth sports public service to help the development of sports education,integrate teachers,train grass-roots teachers and coaches,and unblock entry channels.Based on SWOT analysis,give full play to its advantages and opportunities,avoid its disadvantages and threats.The integration of sports and education has the characteristics of long-term training goal,uniqueness of training subject,amateur nature of training object and scientific nature of training process.Its significance lies in returning the power of education to athletes and promoting their all-round development.
