With the COVID-19 epidemic entering the normal stage,the geography teaching work in high schools is under great pressure.At the same time,the fast-growing Internet and modern information technology have put forward new requirements for traditional geography classroom teaching,so the teaching methods need to be innovated urgently.The hybrid teaching model that integrates the advantages of online and offline teaching has become an important way to promote the quality and efficiency of high school geography classroom teaching.By combing the literature and combining the research results of predecessors,this paper enriches the connotation of high school geography hybrid teaching model.Based on the results of the questionnaire,this paper builds a hybrid teaching model of "an integration,two main body,three stages and seven elements" and carries out case teaching,in order to effectively promote the theoretical research of the construction of the hybrid practical application of geography core literacy training.The main research contents are described as follows:The First is on the basis of the conceptual similarities and differences between the concept of the hybrid teaching model,online teaching,smart classroom,distance education and face-to-face education,this paper enriches the connotation of the hybrid teaching model,and explains the recent progress of the implementation of the high school geography hybrid teaching model from the following aspects : value of connotation,constructed model,teaching strategies,teaching practice,relevant research results,etc.This paper also points out the main shortcomings of the current research.The second is to carry out a questionnaire survey.The analysis found that the problems and dilemmas of the current high school geography hybrid teaching model are the hybrid teaching model that needs to be promoted,the implementation strategy needs to be explored,and the teaching resources need to be developed urgently.At the same time,this paper points out the key direction of the reconstruction of the high school geography hybrid teaching model,including three aspects : effective connection between online and offline,application of educational technology and effective evaluation.The third is to build a hybrid teaching model of “an integration,two main body,three stages and seven elements”.“an integration” is the “integration” of modern educational technology and geography courses;“two main body” is the main body of students and teachers as the leaders;“three stages” are the pre-class stage,while-class stage and post-class stage;the “seven elements” throughout the pre-class,while-class and post-class,which contains “preparation” “preference” “confusion” “extension”,“application” “evaluation” “Reflection”.It can be able to achieve the all-round reform of the mode and content of high school geography classroom teaching,promotes the pre-class,while-class and post-class to become personalized,efficient,innovative and intelligent,and improves the intelligent rate and efficiency of the classroom.The fourth is take the "water cycle" as a case to carry out applied research on the hybrid teaching model.By clarifying the application strategies,teaching ideas and teaching processes,and carrying out the effectiveness analysis of the hybrid teaching model from the two dimensions of students’ academic performance and student satisfaction questionnaire,it concludes that the high school geography hybrid teaching model is compared with the traditional teaching mode,which plays an important role in the development of students’ geographical performance,students’ interest in learning geography,students’ learning ability and the cultivation of core geographic literacy.
