With the promotion of the new curriculum reform and the promulgation of the Chemistry Curriculum Standards,the core literacy of the chemistry discipline has become an important embodiment of the value of discipline education.At present,in order to enrich the national resource system and supplement national resources,the development of school-based curriculum has become another important branch of the diversified curriculum system.Taking local resources as the focus and combining the content of national resources,developing school-based courses with subjectivity,characteristics,times and development can promote the development of students’ core literacy,cultivate students’ experimental design ability and experimental operation ability,develop students’ thinking,and stimulate the awareness of protection and inheritance of hometown resources.At the same time,in the curriculum development process,it can improve the professional quality of high school chemistry teachers and the ability to analyze and summarize knowledge.In a word,the development and research of high school-based curriculum based on local characteristics is of practical significance.Based on a deeper understanding of the resources in southern Fujian,this paper conducted project research for the study of high school-based courses in the local area of southern Fujian as the starting point,and developed school-based courses in line with the trend of curriculum reform,which is conducive to the development of a diversified,selective and localized curriculum system,and optimized the school curriculum structure and local available resources.First of all,after establishing the content and method of problem research,the relevant concepts were analyzed.Secondly,by sorting out the development history and current situation of this course in chemistry at home and abroad,we found the research basis of this topic.Then,through the selection and integration of local resources,available resources were filtered.Considering that the development of the school-based curriculum should be formulated according to China’s education system,education culture and educational resources,it was necessary to integrate the available regional resources with the national curriculum,so as to compile the high school chemistry school-based curriculum which is most suitable for schools in southern Fujian region.Then,the case practice of this course in the high school(Tea Tree Planting and Soil Acidity and Alkalinity","Explore fruit batteries","Opportunities and Challenges of Beic Quanzhou Company","Chemistry in Yangmei Wine")and effect analysis were applied to evaluate the course objectives,course content,course effect,course evaluation,etc.proposed in this course.Finally,reflected and summarized the entire process.
