Interdisciplinarity is not only a new feature of the development of The Times,but also a new feature of the development of education.From the level of policy,educational theory research and educational practice exploration,we can see the development momentum of interdisciplinary.Under the background of interdisciplinary,the promotion of interdisciplinary concept is becoming more and more hot.In such an atmosphere,primary and secondary school teachers should also explore and transform with interdisciplinary meaning.Interdisciplinary is a new thing for teachers,and its application and implementation in practice require teachers to have certain innovation ability,so as to integrate it into the educational reality which is completely different from the past.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the teaching innovation ability of primary and secondary school teachers under the interdisciplinary concept,observe the teaching innovation ability of primary and secondary school teachers from different dimensions,investigate the actual level of teachers in reality,and put forward some targeted countermeasures and suggestions.By combing the previous literature on teachers’ teaching innovation ability and interdisciplinary teaching,this study clarifies the connotation of teachers’ teaching innovation ability under the interdisciplinary concept.Then,based on relevant literature,the evaluation index system of teaching innovation ability of primary and secondary school teachers under the interdisciplinary concept and the weight of each first-level index and second-level index are finally determined through expert consultation and analytic hierarchy process.Finally,the self-designed questionnaire is used to investigate the actual level of teaching innovation ability of primary and secondary school teachers under the interdisciplinary concept,clarify the current situation of teaching innovation ability of primary and secondary school teachers under the interdisciplinary concept,and verify the feasibility of the evaluation index system.Specifically,this study includes the following.The first part is the introduction,which mainly discusses the question raising,research questions and research significance,and then combs and comments the existing domestic and foreign teachers’ teaching innovation ability and related literature of interdisciplinary teaching,and then focuses on the research questions to clarify the theoretical basis and research design of this research.The second part expounds the connotation and characteristics of teachers’ teaching innovation ability under the interdisciplinary concept.This study mainly uses the literature research method to define the connotation of the teaching innovation ability of primary and secondary school teachers under the interdisciplinary concept,and makes it clear that the teaching innovation ability of primary and secondary school teachers under the interdisciplinary concept has the characteristics of transcendence,panorama,radiation,practice and development.The third part is the theoretical exploration of the evaluation index system of teachers’ teaching innovation ability under the interdisciplinary concept.Based on the analysis of previous relevant research results and combining the characteristics of various links across disciplines,this study initially constructed an evaluation index system with 4 first-level indexes and 8 second-level indexes.The fourth part is to revise the index and connotation of the evaluation index system of teaching innovation ability of primary and secondary school teachers under the proposed interdisciplinary concept.Through expert consultation,statistical software SPSS25.0 and EXCEL is used to make statistical analysis of the recovered data,and indicators are screened according to the boundary value method.Then,the index content is revised and improved by combining the opinions of experts.Finally,the evaluation index system of teaching innovation ability of primary and secondary school teachers was established under the interdisciplinary concept,including 4 first-level indicators and 8 second-level indicators.The fifth part is to establish the weight of each index of teachers’ teaching innovation ability under the interdisciplinary concept.In this study,a consultation questionnaire on the weight of teaching innovation ability indicators of primary and secondary school teachers under the interdisciplinary concept was designed and distributed to experts.Moreover,SPSSPRO data analysis tool was used to analyze the collected data with analytic hierarchy process.Finally,the weight values of the first and second indexes were assigned.The weights of the four first-level indicators of teaching idea innovation,teaching content innovation,teaching method innovation and teaching evaluation innovation are 0.374,0.212,0.212 and 0.202,respectively.The sixth part is to investigate the current competence level of primary and secondary school teachers.Based on the proposed evaluation index system,this study compiled a questionnaire by itself,used the tool to investigate the first-line primary and secondary school teachers,understand the level of teaching innovation ability of primary and secondary school teachers under the interdisciplinary concept,and verify the feasibility of the evaluation index system.After sorting out the collected data,SPSS statistical software was used to analyze the data,and it was found that the Klonbach αcoefficient of the questionnaire tool was 0.976,indicating that the questionnaire had good reliability,and the analysis also found that the tool had good structural validity.The results of data analysis show that the teaching innovation ability of primary and secondary school teachers under the interdisciplinary concept is good,and the dimension of teaching concept innovation is the best,while the other three indicators have similar levels.Finally,this study starts from stimulating teachers’ consciousness and promoting teachers’ independent development of teaching innovation ability under the interdisciplinary concept.Enrich the content and form of teacher training,improve the practicability of training.To establish an interdisciplinary teaching and research community to enhance the communication and exchange among teachers.The paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on the cultivation of interdisciplinary learning and teaching innovation ability of normal university students.
