In July,2021,the General Offices of the General Office of the Central Committee of the CPC and the State Council issued the Opinions on Further Reducing the Students’ Homework Burden and Off-campus Training Burden,which clearly stipulated that we should continue to improve the after-school service in schools,and then proposed to implement the "5+2" after-school service model(referred to as "after-school service")in all compulsory education schools.After-school service is one of the important measures to implement the central government’s decision-making and deployment of "double reduction" education work,which can effectively reduce the serious schoolwork pressure of primary and secondary school students and the social and economic pressure of their parents,meet the diversified educational needs of students,and is also an inevitable requirement for implementing "education for the people".At present,after-school service has made some achievements in various provinces and cities across the country.Many studies have proposed to develop and utilize other educational resources into after-school service,enrich the content of after-school service,optimize the channels of after-school service resources and improve the service quality.On the basis of sorting out,analyzing and summarizing the existing research results,this study,from the perspective of the development and utilization of educational resources,summarizes the effectiveness of its development process by investigating the present situation of the development and utilization of after-school service educational resources in five primary schools in Y city.At the same time,it is also found that there are problems in the cognition and attitude of teachers and managers,which mainly point to the weak awareness of development and utilization,unclear value orientation and weak subjective awareness of the development and utilization of after-school service education resources;The allocation structure of after-school service education resources in primary schools is unbalanced.Teachers and managers mainly pay attention to the development and utilization of relevant educational resources in schools,ignoring the development and utilization of off-campus educational resources,and teachers ignore the hidden after-school service education resources around them.Regional differences in after-school service education resources are significant,while local development lags behind,which is mainly reflected in the significant differences in regional education facilities;After-school service education resources are developed and utilized in a single way,and the service content is not accommodating.The teachers outside the school lack the experience of after-school service teaching in primary school.The corresponding management system and system of after-school service education resources in primary schools have not been formed,and there is a lack of safety management,personnel management and evaluation system and mechanism;Lack of effective after-school service education resources development and utilization cooperation mechanism and resource sharing platform.Therefore,the investigation of after-school service is the best way to understand the reasons behind the current problems,and it can also provide more real and direct data and materials to provide data support for the subsequent optimization measures.In this regard,the author summarizes and analyzes the experience of some successful school resources development and utilization,analyzes the causes of existing problems,and finally puts forward some strategies to solve these problems.First,carry out teacher training to enhance teachers’ awareness of developing and utilizing after-school service education resources;Second,managers optimize the allocation of resources and improve the level of resource management;Third,the school takes the initiative to take responsibility and establish a complete after-school service management system;Fourth,build an after-school service platform and establish a sharing mechanism for the development and utilization of after-school service education resources.
