| As education reform deepens,the teaching policy and requirements of "TeachingLearning-Evaluation" consistency have entered the secondary school classroom.Based on the new curriculum standards that emphasize core literacy,academic quality standards can help teachers establish the correct concept of educational quality and re-examine past evaluation methods based on knowledge mastery,emphasizing process and performance evaluation.By improving paper-and-pencil tests and using multiple evaluation methods comprehensively,evaluation is integrated into the entire process of education and teaching,including in-class evaluation,homework evaluation,and final evaluation.Homework design is an extremely important part of the homework evaluation process.In the current high school biology homework,students often focus solely on mastering and understanding knowledge,leading to a lack of interest in biology and hindering the development of their abilities.Therefore,this article aims to explore how to design biology homework to promote the development of high school students’ core literacy in biology.Through literature research,the current research status of core literacy in high school biology and homework design was understood.It was found that there are more separate analyses of researches on the two aspects both domestically and internationally.However,there are fewer analyses of high school biology homework design based on core literacy compared to other educational topics.By analyzing the presentation forms and proportions of core literacy in biology in the national examinations in the past three years and understanding the trend of new college entrance exam questions,it was found that situational analysis and experimental exploration have increased year by year.With the help of the questionnaire analysis method,the current situation of students in high school biology homework was investigated.According to the survey results,after-class homework mainly aims to guide students to consolidate the knowledge learned in class,but it does not penetrate core literacy.Based on the research on the general high school biology curriculum standards and the research results of biology homework reform,two parallel classes in the first grade of a provincial demonstration senior high school in Lanzhou city were selected for analysis,one class as the experimental class and the other as the control class.Practical teaching was used to enhance students’ comprehensive cognition in logical thinking,practical life,and other aspects,in order to achieve the goal of improving students’ learning outcomes.After detailed comparison and analysis of student learning performance,the following conclusions were drawn:(1)High school biology homework design based on core literacy is consistent with the requirements of the new curriculum standards and conforms to the requirements of the times.In order to carry out homework design,attention should be paid to the cultivation of students’ literacy and abilities.(2)Homework design based on core literacy in high school biology promotes the good development of students’ learning interest and behavior attitude,and improves their biology grades.(3)Promoting homework design based on core literacy in high school biology can enhance students’ enthusiasm for learning,strengthen their practical exploration level,and better cultivate their comprehensive level based on core literacy.Based on the above conclusions,in order to improve students’ learning effectiveness,teachers can use the following operable teaching methods: reasonably design and use written basic homework to strengthen students’ basic knowledge and thinking development;reasonably increase exploratory practical homework to enhance students’ scientific exploration ability;set innovative open homework to cultivate students’ scientific thinking and social responsibility;set diversified homework to stimulate students’ enthusiasm for completing homework;set interdisciplinary homework to strengthen students’ overall grasp of the knowledge system;strengthen the setting of unit homework to improve students’ comprehensive application ability;and use various forms of feedback,such as comments,conversations,scoring,and evaluation scales,to provide timely and diverse feedback on students’ homework,in order to further improve their subject performance and literacy. |
