With the increasing importance of education and teaching in China,the form of education and teaching has also undergone many changes,and with the development of information technology and Internet image technology,image teaching forms have also begun to gradually intervene in actual curriculum teaching and classroom activities.Interpreting image information is the most common learning method in students’ daily learning,and it is also one of the most extensive forms of application problem-solving ability training.The cultivation of students’ ability to solve problems in mathematics can improve students’ thinking development and all-round development on a larger scale.The illustrated teaching method is a more intuitive teaching method to solve mathematical problems.The illustrated teaching method can provide new teaching ideas for mathematical application questions.At the same time,it can also help students quickly and easily clear the important and difficult points of mathematical application questions.It can effectively help students solve problems in real life,effectively improve the optimisation of teaching resources,and then cultivate primary school hearing impaired students to solve application problems.Ability.For some hearing-impaired students who have long relied on visual channels to receive information,graphic teaching is particularly important.Although hearing-impaired students are a special group,they still enjoy the same ri ght to learning as sound students.In the process of teaching for hearing-impaired studen ts,it can be found that students with hearing impairments have certain defects in their p erception of things and thinking patterns compared with other sound students.Therefore,in the face of some relevant courses in primary school,there is a certain lag in accepta nce,and logical thinking and spatial thinking are relatively poor,resulting in more diffic ulties in mathematics learning.In order to achieve the predetermined teaching goals,we should adopt teaching methods that meet the characteristics of hearing-impaired student s,and graphic teaching is one of the essential methods.This article adopts the literature method to find the literature materials related to this paper,analyse,sort out and find the space for research.Then use the illustrated teaching method to carry out relevant application practises,and apply the illustrated teaching method to the itinerary problem application questions in the simple equation of the third unit of the second volume of the sixth grade compulsory education experimental textbook of deaf schools according to the content of the textbook and the students’ learning characteristics,and verify the effectiveness of the illustrated teaching method in the teaching of mathematics application questions in deaf.In the process of practice,three aspects of teaching content selection,teaching design and teaching implementation part was analysed in depth.After the teaching implementation,four students and three teachers were selected to conduct interviews to verify the classroom teaching effect and classroom learning effect of the graphic teaching method.Through interviews,it was found that the illustrated teaching method can help students understand the meaning of the questions,analyse problems and solve problems,and also improve students’ interest in learning.At the same time,both students and teachers support the use of the illustrated teaching method for applied questions.Finally,according to the content of the textbook and the physical and mental characteristics of the students,combined with their own practical experience,the application strategy and problems that should be paid attention to in the process of applying the illustrated teaching method to the mathematics application problem of primary school students with hearing impairment are summarised and put forward.In the application strategy part,the suitable cases are selected for simple analysis and explanation.
