In recent years Internet has considerably changed our life. along with changes as followings:the development of science and technology, continuous innovation of information technology, the popularity of wireless networks, development and improvement of3G,4G communications, increasingly powerful functions but much cheaper prices of computers, PAD and smart mobile phone, Internet access charges decreased in communications industry. People could connect to Internet quickly and easily in different time and place to enjoy the massive information, business applications, finance, entertainment, games, chat with friends, etc.Similarly, students with hearing impairment at senior high school (hereinafter referred to as SHISHS) were not exceptive in the time. Some of them investigated by the author from a QQ group connected Internet every day by computer, PAD, smart mobile phones or other electronic equipments. In spare time they like to read news, watch videos, shop, play games, microblogging, update personal QQ homepages, leave messages, chat on line, etc. In this informationalized time Internet not only helped SHISHS to obtain latest information, but it’s more important that the Internet-based communication means has gradually become a main method to communicate among them or with normal students. There were distinct deaf students’characteristics of network language formed and used by SHISHS due to their low language level led by hearing impairment, usual sign language expressions, cognitive ability, means of access, and, the features of chat software. The author investigated and studied the network language of some SHISHS in Pearl River Delta region by literatures review, case study, observation and interview on line, comparative study, etc. The methods included chatting with them on line,, visiting their microblog, wechat, QQ personal homepage, observing their dialogues in network and net friends’messages on their homepage without any investigator’s jamming. Analyzed and concluded the types, characteristics and causes of network language of SHISHS, studied the positive and negative impacts of the language on their thoughts and Chinese language learning, and found appropriate countermeasures; guided them to recognize and rationally utilize network language, and helped their Chinese language learning develop healthily.
