| Nowadays, with the rapid development of information technology, hybrid teaching has become the norm in teaching, enabling students to learn anytime and anywhere. However,in actual teaching, there are problems such as relatively separate online and offline teaching states, not close enough, teachers failing to timely understand the characteristics of learners, failing to teach students in accordance with their aptitude, insufficient interaction, and learning effects that do not meet expectations, which need to be addressed urgently. This study constructs a mixed teaching model based on learner portraits, applies it to curriculum practice, and explores the application effects. The main content of this study includes four aspects.First, the construction of dimensions and data acquisition of learner portraits.By combing the literature and combining existing data, learner characteristics are divided into seven dimensions: basic attribute, feature attribute, interest attribute, interaction attribute, behavior attribute, result attribute, and emotional attribute.Secondly,it analyzes the shortcomings of the hybrid teaching model in the past four years, and designs a hybrid teaching model based on learner portraits from four aspects: teaching resources, teaching tools, teaching processes, and teaching evaluation. It is mainly divided into "problem centered, task driven" in class flipping and a hybrid teaching model based on group portraits, individual portraits, and cluster portraits. Then, the hybrid teaching model based on learner portraits is applied to practice, with two classes of undergraduate students majoring in English(teacher training)in Grade 2020 as the research objects, and three rounds of action research are conducted through four stages of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Finally, the effect analysis of the mixed teaching model based on learner portraits is conducted.According to learner data, the analysis is conducted from five aspects:knowledge acquisition, ability cultivation, learning motivation, information literacy, and emotional experience to verify the effect of this teaching model. The research shows that: first, the mixed teaching model based on learner portraits can promote learners’ knowledge acquisition;Second, the ability of learners has been improved to a certain extent;Third, learners’ emotional experience is better;Fourth, learners’ learning motivation and information literacy have also been effectively improved. It can be seen that this teaching model has achieved certain teaching results. This study provides a reference for the deep integration of mixed teaching models, and also provides some reference significance for introducing learner portraits into mixed teaching models. |
