At present,developing students' individuality and training innovative talents as an important task on education in many countries.Now individualized teaching has become the goal of the new curriculum reform in China.At the same time,as a high school compulsory module "information technology",the implementation of personalized teaching is of great significance for promoting the teaching reform of information technology education.The core of personalized is to teach students in accordance with their aptitude.whose implementation condition is the premise of accurate describe of learners' personality.And this paper designs the "portrait of learners" supported by personalized teaching mode,and the information technology course in high school as an example is to carry out the teaching practice by using the perspective of data mining and cognitive psychology to explore the characteristics of learners' knowledge points,learning styles,learning abilities,etc.and then personlized teaching will be discussed with personalized knowledge map and personality induction and portrait carried out in the form of labeling.Through the analysis of teaching and practice effect,it is found that the personalized teaching on the basis of learner portrait,can optimize the teaching of information technology and improve the learning effect of students.This thesis is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter is the introduction of this paper introduces the relevant research background,the research status of personalized teaching and learning portrait at home and abroad,the existing problems of information technology teaching and the research contents and methods of this paper.The second chapter is related theoretical concepts,including the concepts of personalized teaching and learner portrait,learner-driven theory,multiple intelligences theory and constructivism theory.The third chapter is the construction of learner portrait,which includes the construction principle and construction process of learner portrait,and the construction of learner portrait framework.The fourth chapter is the contents of a course about information technology to build a picture of the individuation of learners.The fifth chapter discusses in detail the design of personalized teaching environment of information technology course based on learner portrait with " text information processing and expression" content of the module as an example,telling the process of the specific teaching environment design,teaching and the teaching effect evaluation and analysis carefully.The sixth chapter narrates the teaching practice process of high school information technology based on the support of learner portrait.The seventh chapter is merely about the summary and prospect,which summarizes the research of this paper and proposes the innovation points and shortcomings of this paper,providing reference for the subsequent research.
